Customer service started out nice and then got horrible told me we was doing me a favor by being nice when I asked him about $10
Off that he had given me for buying two things is what he told me the special was today. I was going to buy three things and then I was like well. Let me grab one more so then I can get an extra $10 off when I couldn’t find one more thing to grab, I only got two things and then he gave me five dollars instead of the $10 that he originally told me that I would be getting on Mondays. Because that was the deal when he got rude I returned my items. He cannot have my money. I’m sorry that you got upset for doing your job. And I was wrong for questioning you about the $10 that you told me I got off and then took five of it back

I visited this store as it was supposed to open yet it did not open until 10:20. Keith finally came out to the door and unlocked it without acknowledging me at all.After bringing my product up to the counter he still refused to acknowledge me despite repeated attempts to get his attentionThey also refused to price match an identical productI would give 0/5 if possible this experience was horrible

Having an account doesn't matter, bought a product I'm not satisfied with and can't return it, even in a 24 hour window. Franchise store as well, does not price match.

Update store hours. They were closed at 5:30 when they should be open until 6 on Sunday. Waste of time.

The location of this GNC is super convenient and it has ample parking. They always have a full stock of a wide variety of products. The staff has been very helpful and friendly on my all of my visits here.

Store hours set to open at 9:30am… it’s 10am and the store is closed. No signs posting adjusted times or weather they are permanently closed. Time wasted driving to this unprofessional location.

I showed up at 7:00 when the store closes at 7:30, and they are already closed. Even the hours on the door say 7:30.

Isaiah helped me out this morning by pointing out which products were vegan which I was looking for during this visit. It was great knowing he has knowledge of the products available and it made my visit a smooth one. Will definitely come back to this store (also it’s quite a drive). Thanks!

I usually don't ever post reviews. But I have been dealing with chronic uti's for years and saw people talking about D Mannose and how it has completely changed their lives opposed to the western medicine doctors are using. I asked the guy who worked today around 2:30 pm if you guys had it in stock and before I could finish my sentence I was cut off with him saying "Oh no we don't have that, that's sugar powder". Almost like he was invalidating my question and just wanted me off the phone. I felt so undervalued almost like he was saying "we're too good enough to sell that here!" I could not believe how pompus and uneducated this man was. Definitely not the person you want answering the phones for your company. Luckily vitamin shoppe helped me out! Yes it is a type of sugar, but it serves a purpose dingbat. Last I checked you guys were a nutritional wellness center but the guy on the phone sounded like a guy who wouldn't let his wife eat a cookie for desert once in a while. Jesus
