Understaffed and overpriced. They were charging $15 for a shirt with two visible stains on the front.
It’s not the workers fault but this just makes me sad as someone who’s shopped secondhand my entire life to see goodwill go downhill like this.

Ridiculously slow donation process every single time

Good sized store in a good location. Clean and well organized with very nice parking lot and excellent wheelchair access. The store is mostly clothes. Prices were ok, slightly high on the clothes, but housewares and toys were fairly priced. There were two cashiers and they could have used one or two more because there was quite a long line to check out. Cashiers were fast and courteous.

Can find some good items here but don’t expect to find a good deal. Was going to grab this pair of pants for my son.. 20$!! And the tag on them shows they were purchased originally for 15$! Whoever is deciding the prices here is insane.

I’m here right now for the first time. Rather shocked how expensive the prices are. For just a few more dollars you could buy some thing brand new. (Goodwill in general tends to be a bit overpriced, and this store is no exception.) Examples: $50 for a candle holder (should be $20), $11 for a VERY used pair of sweatpants, $15 for a no name old jacket that should probably be about six dollars most, $5 for a necktie which should not be more than three dollars because let’s be honest people don’t even buy these anymore.
Conclusion. Doesn’t hurt to walk around the store store, but don’t expect to find crazy deals. You won’t.

Who ever is pricing the products in the store is absolutely insane. 200$ for bicycles?! There are products that are priced more than the retail stores!

I find it hard to deliver stuff for free to the thrift stores in the area like Goodwill in St Louis Park the lines are always so long and it's annoying just to bring stuff for free to try and get in and out of here I had to wait 15 cars back the other day 45 minutes waiting in line to drop off some books a multibillion-dollar company should figure out how to get things done better the reason they got so much money is I get everything for free and charge an arm and leg for it

Donation drive thru line takes FOREVER. 30 minutes in line (that you get trapped in) for about 8 cars.

The door opening and closing was at best annoying. I waited in line 30 minutes. (about 10 cars back) When I got in I saw the issue.
I placed my stuff in the bins after the door closed. I drove out but stopped to see what would happen. The person(s) sorting stuff continued stuffing for several minutes before they pressed the button for the door to open and the next car coming in. You get at least one star because you are doing and important service, but the collection aspect of this was not helpful to those who are donating. You should be able to do better.

This is not my usual place for donation. The wait to get in is ridiculous. Once I finally got inside, I realized why. There were only two guys working so they are sorting the stuff and taking donations, so there is at least a five minute wait between cars, even if you’re donating two bags.

Overpriced. Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves.

Store is clean. Clothing is okay. Lots of junk otherwise (broken/damaged/incomplete items). Many items are overpriced. Not having dressing rooms combined with not allowing returns should be illegal. A short exchange window isn't an acceptable alternative. This isn't friendly to those with low incomes. There are friendlier and better thrift shops around the metro.

ALWAYS a significant line to donate. Going elsewhere I guess... what a waste. Often just throw decent things away.
