“I went in and had a very positive experience with the store. The CSR was knowledgeable and honest about the products I was looking for. My motivation was an interest in Jocko supplements and they only had the energy drinks at this time but were hopeful about getting more in the not so distant future. I left after buying some Jocko Fuel, a blender bottle and some GNC protein powder. I've been back a couple of times for more Jocko fuel and will reup on my powder soon.”

“I first went to herbivorous butcher on a business trip to Minneapolis - maybe 8 years ago. Well fast forward and we are still ordering online from them years later since we don’t live in Minnesota. My husband adores the pastrami! As a long time vegan of 28 years, I have tried many faux meats and cheeses and I think they do an exemplary job. They are super creative people with a vision. I don’t know how they have the time to do everything they do- start a vegan butcher shop; start a farm sanctuary; write a cookbook; open more vegan restaurants… just wow!”

“Haven't been to this Whole Foods Mkt location (W Lake Street) for a long time. Happened to be in the neighborhood with a friend and requested that we make a quick stop at the store for a few items I needed.The fresh produce looked really fresh. The store was clean and well organized. The steam table with prepared entrees all looked and smelled good.The best thing about this quick shopping experience was that one of my favorite frozen comfort foods was on sale. “Came to this place with only 5 minutes left before they closed on Christmas Eve. All the other restaurants were closed and the Chinese restaurant was backed up. We needed food for 11 people and this was our only hope. We ran through the door and grabbed all the frozen Chinese food we could get. The person checked us out smiled and told us to have a happy holiday. They were open all the way until 7:00 p.m. this saved our holiday and I'm eternally grateful. PS the whole foods brand Chinese food was very good and easy to make. I would do it again.I give it 5 out of five puppers?????”

I got the Curts Kale smoothie, and the kale was not overpowering. Very quick service! The owner is nice, and the place is clean.I've seen negative reviews on the owner not arriving back or being present during the listed hours... that's a valid complaint, AND- we never know what's happening in someone's life. Closed once, twice, or three times, I'd be bummed too. But a smoothie or shake isn't life or death. :)”
