I noticed this branch only had 2 stars when i Googled the directions, that was not my experience. I am not a customer but my father is and i brought him there today to help him get some forms for his VA benefits filled out. It was 15 minutes before closing and Brandi took care of everything and made my day much easier even tho she was new. They didnt have to do what they did but were glad to help and it was much appreciated.:)

They do not even deserve one star. For 3 years, one teller has been making simple transactions such as a cash deposit a time intensive event. No other teller or employee has ever been such a nightmare.I would go as far to say that everyone else has been delightful.

If you are a Huntington customer and you are scammed or your money is stolen, don’t count on them to care in the least. In fact, they then charge you because your balance is too low.

I like this branch. Today I had a transaction problem that needed to be discussed and Erin was available in one of the offices. At my request, she invited me in and, after I waited a few minutes for her to finish an in-progress task, we talked about my question and she helped find a resolution. I felt very well served by her friendly nature, attention and efficiency.

Save yourself a lot of grief and don't do business with this bank. I made the mistake of investing in a CD here 15 years ago, and it has been a week now of jumping through hoops trying to cash it out, corporate telling me to send a notarized letter to the branch, the branch telling me it has to go to corporate, the fax number on their website doesn't work...I deal regularly with 2 other banks in Chan and they are a delight to work with. Huntington has been an absolute nightmare. Never again will I do business with these people.

After 4 years I got charged a fee and went tk ask about it. Then I said okay, then I would like to close that particular account. I was with TCF before the merger. The teller said he did it and it would all be taken care and would return the fee. Well, still did not happen 3 weeks later. I go in and they said that only a manager can help but he was booked out 2-3 weeks and only takes appointment. They have refused to close my account and I'm sure will charge me. I call corporate and they said they can't close accounts over the phone. This branch and management is horrible and don't seem to care about clients. I would not recommend this bank nor this branch.

I called This branch 3 times no person answered the phone. Left 2 messages No call back. Now that's Great customer service NOT. Get it together.

atm machine stole my money and tellers were useless and nonchalant about the whole issue. Stated I had to wait over the weekend until Monday-Tuesday to get my money back. Disgusting customer service.

I was in the queue this (Sat) morning for the drive-through by 11:45. There was just one car ahead of me but it was taking them a very long time to take care of each car, and at 12:00 they turned on the Closed sign above each lane which was not a surprise. But I expected they would take the two cars still in line. But then they pulled down the shade that said Closed as they finished with customers already in process. They are only open 3 hours (barely) on Saturdays and must be so short-staffed to get through such few cars. How I miss TCF and their great customer service!

Put checks in atm drive Thru . Wouldn’t give me a recipt I looked on my phone app no checks posted . Went inside they said it will be a 2 day dispute ! Really Huntington ? And your not going to close the atm ?

There is a reason all of my co-workers are closing their accounts since the change from TCF to Huntington.On Friday, 2022-01-21, my girlfriend tried to wire money internationally to her family like she does every now and again. We forgot some information with a young gentlemen who was about to do it, so we came back 2022-01-24 (Monday) with it, and this time it was the female bank manager whose name I didn't get. Out of the blue she just arbitrarily declines the transfer saying it's "too risky" because the address or bank changed that we were sending it to, even though it was in the same city and country. She didn't say we could send a lower amount - she just flat out declined it.We took most of the money out and brought it to Bank of America who said they see no issue in wiring the amount we wanted to wire. We opened an account with them and are going to close ours at Huntington soon. That manager they have seems to be doing things out of pure spite and no real reasonable level of "risk" for our transfer.If this were the first wire transfer we ever did, I could understand being hesitant. Something else is going on and whatever it is, you're better off banking somewhere else. TCF was a mediocre bank, but Huntington is worse by far.

My experience at this bank was awful I have been a member of TCF for more then 15 years. Based on the current bank manager professionalism I will look elsewhere.

This bank is absolutely horrible. What a garbage place! Terrible customer service! Awful wait time. Ridiculous!!!!!
