Collaborating with Russell, a professional at midas, I was promptly provided with comprehensive information regarding my vehicle. Notably, he proactively scheduled my appointment two hours in advance, ensuring that I arrived at the service center with ample time. Furthermore, Russell refrained from adding any unnecessary or excessive charges, unlike the colleague who attempted to impose various fees and add-ons that I did not require, such as premium oil. Russell efficiently addressed my concerns and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process.

I am a little disappointed with this place at the moment, not because of their customer service, but due to their expertise and professionalism. I brought in my truck because there was a leak that I initially thought was caused by the oil pan gasket. Every morning, I noticed some grease on the ground, which led me to suspect an oil leak. I shared my observations with them, and they charged me $75 for an inspection.
On December 3rd, they confirmed my assumption that the issue was with the oil pan and charged me another $700+ to fix it. At first, I was satisfied and willing to pay for their expertise. However, when I got the truck home, I discovered it was still leaking the same amount in the same spot!
When I brought the truck back, they claimed it was just residual oil from the repair and assured me it would be fine. They cleaned the area for me. Unfortunately, the next day, I found a large amount of grease in the same location. Frustrated, I returned the truck to the shop last Friday. This time, they told me the issue was a loose hose on my radiator and explained that the leak was coolant, not oil. They replaced the part and only charged me for the cost of the hose.
By this point, I was upset and began to question their expertise. It seemed they misdiagnosed the issue initially and replaced my oil pan gasket unnecessarily. If the actual problem was a coolant leak, why did I have to spend $700 to replace the oil pan gasket?
To make matters worse, I wasted additional time and money on Uber rides while my truck was being repeatedly inspected and repaired. This added to the overall frustration and inconvenience.
To ensure the problem was resolved, I asked them to let the truck sit over the weekend. Thankfully, the truck is no longer leaking, confirming that the issue was indeed the coolant hose. However, I have already spent a significant amount of money on the oil pan gasket, which now feels unnecessary or, at the very least, not urgent.
Although they did not charge me for the labor to replace the hose connector, I cannot shake the feeling that their initial diagnosis was inaccurate, costing me unnecessary expenses and wasted time.

Scam. Had coupon from instagran for 24.95 convential oil change and tire rotation. They would not honor because manufacturer "recommends" syntheric oil. I change my oil regularly at 3000 miles and have never used synthetic and my regular mechanic, and Nissan dealer, does not believe it is necessary. Midas was trying to make a buck off someone who knows better. Will not be going back

Get me right and makes sure everything straight. Make sure to make an appointment nd they will get you the next day. Maybe little pricey but gets the job done .

Jeff and the team here at Midas do a wonderful job. Came in for an oil change Friday afternoon, ended up having some severe brake issues, and the team was able to work effectively to get me set straight up until closing time without having to leave my vehicle overnight. They communicate effectively and always have the customer in mind when making decisions. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Great listeners and problem solvers. This morning helped me out with a tough issue on my 2016 Outback. It’s my ‘go to’ place for my Hyundai and my Subaru. Oil changes and tire care done right as well.
This shop/store has been around for a long time. Let’s keep them in business here in our local community!
