My landlord used NCM to manage the property that I rented from them at the Lakewest Condominiums. I just want to take a moment to thank and recognize Ashley Twinning from NCM who did an exceptional job responding to my concerns in a timely manner and keeping the Lakewest Community abreast of any activities scheduled to occur. It has been a pleasure living at Lakewest for the past 4 years as a result of Ashley's professional, courteous communication and excellent follow thru.

Barbara at New Concepts Management was truly a delight to work with. In my profession, it can often be challenging to obtain the exact information needed in a timely and complete manner. Barbara went above and beyond—she was not only persistent in tracking down all the details I required but also professional, courteous, and proactive throughout the process. Her follow-through and clear communication made a potentially difficult task smooth and efficient. I greatly appreciated her diligence and commitment, and I truly hope to work with her again in the future.

Safety concerns due to their lack of responsiveness and questionable employees who caused damage to my house that has been unresolved for four months.
The employee admitted to realizing a mistake was made (electrical) but didn’t bother to alert me. I went to leave and the power was out in my garage. I sent an urgent after-hours request to get this resolved and don’t receive and email until ONE WEEK later, in which I responded that I already took action by calling in and resolved the power outage then and that the second issue (a light fixture) was promised to be resolved ASAP. The power outage resolution involved the employee who did the damage trampling through my home to check my outlets and breakers (I had already done this) rather than listening to me claiming it was the front light that the employee had tinkered with and claimed to have heard a “pop” sound earlier. It wasn’t the breaker, but rather damaged electrical issues caused by the HOA hired employee, exactly as I stated. I was told that the light fixture needed to be removed and would be replaced immediately and that the replacement would be ordered that night. It’s been four months. They left exposed wiring which I finally covered with duct tape due to the storms. Additionally, this is the only front light to my house and causes security and safety concerns particularly after the political assassinations and the SWAT team driving down our street. Can I see when someone knocks on my door after dark, no. Do they care, no.
In another incident, an HOA member used a ladder on the front of my house to access the roof without telling me and placed it right between my two front bedroom windows also causing safety concerns.
Notice how every one star review has multiple likes? Speaks volumes.
To new concepts: I repeatedly get emails at how many views this review is getting.
I will keep a counter here as to how long it takes to get a response to my email. Currently New Concepts has been unresponsive for two weeks from the original send and two reminder nudges.

I am looking to get a new front door and a new patio door and needed to send the ARC form and documents. I have spoken to Charmaine twice now and she was VERY helpful. I am not tech savvy and she was patient and kind in assisting me.

I just would like to put out there that I have been extremely pleased with the customer service I’ve received from New Concepts Management. Miss Charmaine is my go to gal for any questions or service requests I have regarding my townhome. If she doesn’t have the answer immediately, she finds the answer and is extremely diligent and quick with her follow up. I’m sure that this is the same for everyone who calls New Concepts.

I was having my usual issue with the portal which is completely user error. And I called and talked with Jackie. She was wonderful and helped me figure out I double paid and that I had two auto payments set up. She helped figure out how to fix it and refunded me the extra payment i accidentally sent. Thanks again for all the help!
