Like others on this page, I had the same experience of being refused my long-awaited appointment because I couldn’t find parking, and then I was directed by the person at the information desk to the wrong building. I called the eye exam office to say I had been misdirected and was on my way, but they still refused to see me when I arrived. This huge complex of buildings is difficult to navigate, the people giving directions are inexperienced, and it is obvious all the medical care professionals are kept on a very short leash by the medical industrial complex. The providers are not allowed to accommodate patients who have been misdirected. The system doesn’t care. It is all about money.

Phenomenal and caring staff! Whoever is leading the team culture there is doing an amazing job. My whole family was warmly cared for as we needed to get vaccines and also our blood drawn. We interact with so many different staff and they were all wonderful.

If this is your first time coming here- make sure to arrive early and bring a map and compass to find the clinic branch you need to go to after you park.. you will also need that compass to find your way back to your car. This building is an experimental mouse maze.

I give this 4 stars because my doctor is awesome and very helpful. She is concerned about my skin. And, I appreciate it! Yes, the parking is confusing though.

Go elsewhere, these people are horrible. Rude receptionists, doctor could not be bothered to care or do her job. Thanks for the waste of time.

It's like a cruel joke.
The parking is confusing as hell, you can't even see the 3800 building before they try and shoo you into a seemingly unrelated parking ramp. Circling around to actually find the building you realize it is only staff parking, you have to use the ramp. Which is very tight parking spots. I was in crutches and it was a nightmare to try and get in and out. And then, you are forced to walk through another building, downhill (and uphill on the way back) , to get to podiatry, which is on the second floor BTW. It doesn't take a genius to realize that people often on crutches shouldn't need to be traveling that far.
Apparently this was changed to be this way in 2015 and literally everyone complained and the administration just shrugged. This can only be described as malicious incompetence.
Also, for some reason, I kept smelling what seemed like sewage. Or maybe it was the coffee shop? The smell was bad and didn't make sense to be coming from them though.
Recommend going to any other park nicollet facility.

NOT NOT NOT ACCEPTABLE. Coming into an late day appt. for a minor and already in the parking lot, called the front desk and informed them we were coming up the bldg. and elevator / they had the audacity to lock up the office & decline the appt. for being 15mins. late and stuck in traffic. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.?

Difficult to schedule, poor communication. They will withhold necessary medications from you to make you come in, but they have limited availability likely due to the doctor not wanting to work many hours. They even make you do your own research to determine how much the treatment they are recommending costs and do not seem to care much about their patients. Will not return.

They have been treating me there for 2 and a half years. My endocrinologist doctor and laboratory. I have no complaints. Very good assistance. I recommend it. Good afternoon. Thank you so much. ?⚘️

As others have noted. This company (that's what it is) operating under the guise of a non-profit, does not care about anything than profits and margins. Doesn't care, doesn't call back and charges insane amounts. It's not the people working there, it's the machine itself.
So disappointed. Disgusted with how healthcare is going. I will no longer attend any of the HP/PN group clinics.

Had labs done here today, shortly after I leave I get a call that the lady that did my labs messed up all the vials and that I have to come back and get them done again. It was at least 6 vials she messed up. I’ll go elsewhere to get them redone. This is unacceptable.

Colonoscopy scheduled never sent rx to pharmacy, Dr. only does what he can in time alloted so only had time to remove 2 and not the 3rd so now have to go back and do all over again. This is a way for the system to make more $ doing additional procedures and for patients to have to go through prep/rx/time off work. Tried to schedule as dr. wanted 3rd one removed in 2 months however he's booked out 5 months so that doesn't work either. The openings they do have is with Dr.'s that have 1 star ratings, of course.

ive had my provider be late to both video and in person visits many times. the provider has tried to pressure me to take medication or increase dosages when i say it does not feel right. this is the second time they have cancelled last minute. luckily they can take a time later that week and i happen to not work (i took 9:30 in case of work and only had 2 qnd 2:30. my provider is condicending, rude, and tries to rush me out of appointments when SHE was the late one. she also says she doesnt take in person but they wont allow transfer of provider in the system. every time i have to deal with them im filled with genuine anger and helplessness.
