Nice folks, comfortable waiting room. The signage isn't great, however. When you see a parking lot full of Rivians, you need to wait to take the second entrance.

From start to finish Rivian has been solid. My guide was super friendly, knowledgable and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions. On top of that, the Rivian R1S is the favorite vehicle I have owned.
