False advertisement, online stated that they allow dogs up to 75lbs but upon arriving to tour an apartment we were informed that they don't allow dogs over 25lbs on 2nd floor apartments. Please update your information online.

I come to tour and the old ladies on the office have very bad and uncomfortable as well as unwelcoming behavior, as soon as I arrived, they show me a very rude face and once we start touring, she told me no grilling, you can’t store staffs in the garage, and no smoknig( it is fun that the office smells very bad that they are smoking inside themselves) , the townhomes are old like the office ladies and expensive. I will never come back again and forget about renting. You lost a potential renter who makes good money by the way

Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!

Living here was fine at first but it strictly depends on the neighbors. Walls between apartments are paper thin without insulation which allows sound to carry easily. Be prepared to essentially “live” with your neighbors because it sounds like they are right in your apartment. We’ve had barking dogs during all hours of the day, screaming toddlers and now a new born baby. The sound carries so bad that I can distinguish which Netflix show they are watching in the next apartment over. parking can be limited especially at night. Management has a policy where they will not intervene with any neighbor conflicts/complaints so you are left to fend for yourself which in my case ended up being a verbal fight with my extremely aggressive neighbor. Because it is fairly priced most of the tenants are lower income which can feel a little unsafe as a younger girl. Most apartments seem to be a constant revolving door of people doing short term rentals. Within the last year I feel as if it has become a lot more unsafe-feeling as they seem to not care much about the renters in the application process. The carpets (or at least in my apartment) were so worn and old that there were wear marks from foot traffic from previous renters. The carpet also had an odd odor that even after 2 years has yet to go away. Overall it’s a great place in a pinch but don’t expect much and buy a sound machine to drown out the neighbors

We lived here for 10+ years and loved it! Very nice, clean, well maintained and convenient location(basically 20 minutes or less for any area in the metro area). The staff Pam, Pat and Bill, are super helpful and kind. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

My wife and I lived here for a year and a half and loved it. The location is perfect with all the shopping you would need within 5 minutes, 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, and its surrounded by parks so it’s beautiful. Our place was just what we needed and it was a very quiet area. Pam and her sister were so great to work with and we would have stayed here for longer if my wife and I didn’t decide to move states. Overall such a great experience and would recommend this complex to anyone!

Came here to tour a townhome after I just worked a 12 hour shift and with basically zero sleep. Only to be turned away because they “don’t accept two dogs”. Don’t state on your website that you accept two dogs if it’s not true! The woman at the office was also super unwelcoming and came off grumpy too. Such a waste of my time.

I lived there two years and they were grouchy people very rude one day a maintenance guy unannounced without notice written verbal or email try to enter my apartment Thank God I had a door brace and the maintenance guy could’ve been shot I mean come on. PS hope everyone who lives there just love spiders on the front of their doors and loud marching band football games right next-door and watch out for the parking And exploding pipes?

I lived there for about 3 months (early 2016) after moving to Minneapolis from Texas. The staff is helpful and responsive and the location is wonderful.

I've lived here since August and I have no complaints. Pam and the crew clearly care about making it a nice community to live in, and thay makes it a great place to call home.
