I use to work for this company and I really liked the process. I learned a lot about clothes and how the machines worked. If I could have a cleaners in my house I would. However since I know 1st hand how this company operates and their prices I won’t use another Cleaners because there is no comparison.

@US Cleaners - I hate to give you 3 stars. I am mainly doing it because a horrible human who claims to Not Want Customer $$$. She is Spanish speaking with absolutely stupid attitude and no regard to your business. She told multiple customers they should go somewhere else and she has been working there 26 years. This is a rat. Doesn't matter who long she has been with you. She is a poison to your business. She uses racial slurs against Somalis. If the permanent lady at the franklin location is not available, please send someone who is considerate of your customers. A great business but you have an awful apple in your team and you should get rid off her. Absolutely worst human I ever came across. You know who I am talking about!

Hello everyone there is a lady who works at the counter. She was extremely rude and not respectful. I will not giving them any more business at this point.

Rude. Charged $1 extra per shirt claiming pet hair on them. When I picked them up shirts were pressed with wrinkles in them. I do no recommend.

I went to US Cleaners in St. Louis Park to have several dress shirts laundered. The women behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful when I asked some very simple questions about the service.On one of the shirts that I brought in there was a couple of stains from ketchup. I asked the women behind the counter "Will the stain be a problem getting out"? I was told there would be an extra charge to remove the stain. Of course this made no sense to me as food stain removal should be part of the fee they are charging for their service.Don't waste your time with US Cleaners. Anyone that would employ the women I dealt with is obviously not doing their due diligence and has no regard for their customers. I passed on the service as you should.

The woman who appears to be the sole employee at this outlet is absolutely the rudest person I have ever run across in any establishment anywhere. She is no doubt the same one that other reviewers have called out. She doesn’t know how to smile and acts like she’s greatly inconvenienced to wait on customers.I had the great misfortune of having lost the ticket for the the single ítem I had brought in. Anywhere else they would treat it with a shrug and find your order in their computer. Here they also can locate it in their computer, but do so only after admonishing you and treating you as though you had committed a criminal act. And this was after first informing me she wouldn’t give me the garment at all. And when she finally did, I was told that this exception would be afforded to me “one time only”.Obviously I will never return. I have never written a review until this one, which I was motivated to do as an effort to save others from this type of humiliation.

I put a suit in and a shirt for 15 dollars the lady at the front desk don't be rude to me and it's right down the street from my house.

Dry cleaning in two days. I had two suits and it was under $15. Cheap, convenient, and getting the job done is what I look for with dry cleaning and this did all of those. Both suits were ready on time and clean. Was hesitant with no reviews on Google, but it looks like they've been around a long time and have good reviews on other sites. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Reasonably priced dry cleaning - a two piece suit (jacket and pants) only cost me $10.22 total after all taxes and fees. Two day service only. They do not offer one day/expedited service. Drop off and pick up are super quick, and I haven't had any issues with the quality of service.

Very poor customer service. The counter person was rude and indifferent to a simple question regarding their service. They charge extra to remove non existent pet hair on your garments. I was told by the counter person "if I didn't pay the up charge for the pet hair removal". "To take my business elsewhere". I did take my business elsewhere. I did contact the Manager of the store who was located at the Hiawatha ave location. I did explain to him about my experience at the St, Louis Park store and he could have not cared less. Do not use this service provider. There are far too many vendors who do appreciate your business and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
