Let's discuss this place. Their ATM took my sons Debit card after one PIN screwup and they withheld the card from him and told him it would be shredded at their next audit. He is not a customer of this bank.
They withheld HIS PERSONAL PROPERTY and potentially screwed up his bills that are coming due since he had to call his bank and order a new card.
I already don't like this bank, but now, now it will be a cold day in the 9th circle of Hell before I ever walk into an office of theirs to do any business, period.

As usual, the service at this branch is horrific. I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes - one teller helping one customer. Two bankers sitting together in an office taking to each other. This branch needs
to have at least one back-up teller when the only one on duty gets tied up (likely with a customer issue that a banker should handle). I should have gone to Chase (up the street).

It’s a very small place and hard to find from the outside. You have to go inside L&B but once inside the front door, you’ll see it on the left. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I probably wouldn’t come here for big tasks such as opening an account for the first time, because there isn’t too many people working at the same time. But it’s a pretty convenient location and everything worked out well in my experience.

Sappington Branch has a banker that could teach a class on customer service. He is always cheerful and accommodating. His name is Mark Leary.... definitely goes above and beyond.

Branch manager is incompetent, rude and does not follow through. He was more focused on his phone than his customers. When asked to speak to someone above him he refused saying he was the top. I would NEVER recommend this branch to anyone given the blatant lack of regard and respect for their customers

Super rude staff. Have been there twice this week and all the clerks sitting using their phones when I walk up, nobody greets you, today was like a game of chicken on who was gonna not look up the longest so they didn’t have to help me. When they did finally help, they were still rude, hardly spoke to me… what happened to customer service and common courtesy? Go to a different branch if you can. Downtown Hopkins has super helpful, kind staff and the branch manager (David) is great!
