Our sales rep was FANTASTIC!!
Store was not busy on Saturday, Jan. 18th, 2025 around 1 pm
Seamless upgrade that only took 90 minutes and most of that time was waiting for data transfer.

Disgusting customer service! They need better sales leads and representatives. If you need to do anything for your plan I DO NOT recommend this store in St Louis Park unless you are prepared for a very poor retail experience!!! Zero stars!

I'd give zero if I could. Sales person misled us on switching to Verizon's newest plan when getting a replacement phone for one of our lines. Was told the new plans would be about the same price and each line would have the same perks/access. And indeed it was the same price, so long as you don't notice all the extra add-ons that they tacked on to keep the price the same for their commissions. I'll save myself the task of doing a thorough review/clean up my plan by going to an actual Verizon store next time.

At first we had what we thought was a great experience working with Dylan and now we have discovered it was total bs….
One of the main reasons we bought this new iPhone was so we could use it to travel to Europe and use its features. Come to find out with a new phone the eSIM capability is locked for 60 days. No one told us this despite talking with Dylan throughout the two hour experience extensively about our upcoming travel plans and him explaining to us that new phones have eSIM cards not physical SIM cards anymore. Not once were we told during our trip we couldn’t even use a European service.
He also sold us a liquid screen protector when we asked for a glass screen protector claiming that it is much better and that they don’t sell glass screen protectors anymore… my screen is already scratched from it simply being by itself in my fanny pack, which should not have scratched it.
He also sold us a combo Netflix + Max package that all had adds. He did not tell us this would downgrade our service so it had advertisements mid show.
Ultimately not happy and spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon today trying to remedy some of these issues to no avail.
We have been customers with Verizon for 22+ years and have never been this disappointed.
Edit: received nothing but an automatic response that was completely unrelated to my issue when I emailed per the suggested comment. Verizon continues to be unhelpful

I have been having the absolute worst experience with my primary Verizon location to the point I was going to switch carriers tonight. I have been just trying to upgrade for almost a month, I came into this location to leave Verizon and Dylan provided me the best service I have ever experienced from Verizon. He single handed gave me faith in Verizon again.

I wanted to change cell phone service carriers and while the cell phone worked after making the change, the fees for the phone were not discussed or presented on the "bill" received before I left. There is a $35 fee to make the change which was NEVER requested and now the option for "Wi-Fi Calling" won't work for when traveling overseas (it did work just fine with T Mobile). Disappointed, frustrated and believe I was "scammed" by their services. Ask questions if you use this store.

John was incredible. I came back here for the customer service and was glad I did. The team all around seems to really take care of their customers, even the ones (like me) that came in before close.
John helped me out big time and got me taken care of with patience, grace, and style, a true problem solver who made my day much better. Very good, knowledgeable and polite team at the SLP location. Thanks again, John (and SLP team)!
