“We recently switched over to Metro Pet from another local vet, and I’m so glad we did. Dr. Harris and her team have been so helpful with my senior kitty. They’re straightforward about pricing, and don’t try to recommend anything unnecessary. They really care about people’s pets, and it shows. As a bonus, there’s a cat that hangs out in the lobby. Sometimes they have kittens up for adoption. I also saw a chicken in there once. It was pretty cool.”

We have been so grateful for the doctors and all staff at this office, but especially Dr. Jacinda Brinkman's knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and thoughtful approach to care. Pet Doctors helped our anxious, formerly-aggressive-at-the-vet cat to manage appointments with less stress, initially with gabapentin but eventually they built up enough trust that she can now go in monthly for arthritis treatments without any medication. They've helped our two cats through age-related conditions, subscription kidney diets, and dental surgeries, and were very compassionate helping us through one of the hardest times in our lives: getting our beloved Danny Boy diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, fighting to get him in for timely treatment at a facility that had radiation equipment, and finally guiding palliative care when it became clear there were no other viable options.”

“This was my first time at Vet Partners Minneapolis. I previously got services through Petco/Vetco but wanted to establish care for my two kitties at a local vet clinic. I really appreciated and enjoyed my experience with the staff at Vet partners. Their electronic service that they use to schedule appointments and upload documents was easy to navigate and use. Dr Lloyd and Ash were so gentle and patient with my kitties and obviously care about what they do! They answered all of my questions and Ash worked really hard to make sure all my charges were done correctly and had told me the upfront costs before anything was done. Will be coming back and am hopeful this is a start of my kitties getting care from Vet Partners in the long-term!”

“The staff at Camden Pet Hospital is always warm, welcoming, and compassionate. When our pup injured herself chasing squirrels (another story), we were concerned about infection. While they couldn't get us in right away, they provided options if it was an emergency (we didn't feel it was) but got us in within a reasonable time (a couple days) and gave her a thorough going over. They also made sure we had the supplies needed to keep the wound clean to promote healing. We so appreciate the people here and are glad they are there for us.”

“Our dog had been suffering from severe allergies, something I found out is quite common among the critter world especially in the Fall. Our main vet, Dr. Hershey (an irreplaceable vet) prescribed a treatment for him so we scheduled him after we tried other options (more frequent baths, Benedryl for his size, etc.) but his symptoms continued to worsen. He was given a shot which, within a day, instantly fixed his symptoms. Heather & Kelly, the vet team, were extraordinary. Our dog is a rescue that came to us severely neglected & abused, so he has much trouble trusting other people. They were so good with him and were able to accomplish his exam/treatment with extreme ease. The reception staff, e.g. Pat, are always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have dealt with McKenzie several times and she has been incredible. We have been taking all of our dogs to Westgate for, at least, 28 years. Thank you, yet again, for your amazing care & service to our furry family members.”

This past week we brought in our very sick 10 month old cat and Dr. Browne ordered labs and quickly diagnosed him with FIP- a potentially fatal virus. “Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital is everything I could ask for in a vet clinic and more! I started out at a different clinic during my dog's early life and switched to Broadway Robbinsdale because Dr. Baker and the staff truly go above and beyond, plus the old school charm and reasonably priced care can't be beat. My pup, Jude, has had some quirks his whole life. Dr. Baker compassionately got to the bottom of it, and diagnosed him with a rare case for a canine— OCD (who knew?!). He even went as far to do extra research for me in his off time without being asked, and sent me photo copies of his findings in the mail so I could get educated. Like I said, above and beyond. Another time when my pup was being treated for Lyme's during the busy holiday season (and I was a MESS with worry), the staff sat and chatted with me for 45+ mins on a slow day, helping me to recenter myself during a nerve-wracking time. I'm happy to report that Jude is now happy and healthy! I will take my pets here for veterinary care forever and ever. Thank you Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital!”

“Brought my 14 year old yorkie in for severe skin allergies. They were able to get her in for a same day appointment! The tech was warm and welcoming, and the vet, Erin, was absolutely AMAZING! My dog is usually so anxious that she pees on the exam table, but Erin put her so at ease with her kind demeanor and spent five minutes at the start of the appointment sitting on the floor with my dog and petting her. The exam rooms were clean and cozy as well. Also, first exam fee is waived?? Honestly a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this vet for any dog parent.”

“I brought my 16 year old cat here last month. I knew she was reaching the end of her life with kidney disease but I was unsure about timing for euthanasia. Dr Button was incredibly compassionate, took the time to truly listen through my tears, and helped guide me through the decision without pressure, focusing on my cat’s quality of life and the bond we shared. When I ultimately chose euthanasia, I felt supported and at peace with the decision. The process itself was handled with great care and dignity, and what I feared would be a traumatic experience was instead a calm, peaceful, loving goodbye. Even though this was my first time at Banfield, I was sent a meaningful card in the mail along with my cat’s paw prints, which I had no idea I’d receive. With many grateful tears, I had to write this review. When I am ready to add another fur baby to my home, I will absolutely be returning.”
