They keep canceling my medications, I had to call to get my medication filled and the staff that answered the phone was incredibly rude. This pharmacy and a few others in the area consistently cancel orders, close without notice, and make moving the medications elsewhere unnecessarily difficult. I don’t think I will be using Walgreens at all moving forward.

My prescriptions been pending for 5 days and they told me when I got there that they can see what they can do because they have 500 others to fill. Then, they turned around and talked s*** and laughed at me together. Cute. Very much a Walgreens experience. Maybe one day my insurance will cover CVS…. Lol.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are SO SLOW and are out of common medicines so often. I’ve never waited less than 30 mins to get my prescription. Severely understaffed and won’t do anything about it. Pisses me off and there is no excuse. Send your prescriptions elsewhere.

It should not take me an hour to pick up a prescription that has already been filled! Absolutely ridiculous! This place needs a major process update…lockers, office hours for folks who have questions to call in (or direct people to their clinics), AI to answer those questions, have the prescriptions already mixed and give a specific pick up time, offer rush hour service for people who have NO questions and for the LOVE OF GOD, do not do flu shots at the pharmacy if you can’t handle the existing traffic at the pharmacy!

Walgreens in general, and this Walgreens in particular, will give you the worst service you've ever received. It might be worse than the DMV. They never fill anything on time or through their app. They fill prescriptions at the wrong location. They are constantly out of stock of critically necessary medications like insulin. Today, I went to the drive through and no one acknowledged me at all for at least 15 minutes. They have a monopoly and they do not care about their customers. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Prices are outrageous, store and pharmacy are wildly understaffed, not a clean building. So pretty standard for Walgreens.

Worst service ever at this Walgreens. The last straw came when I ordered a refill on Friday and was told it would be ready on Sunday. Finally on Thursday when it still wasn’t ready I went down to the store. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told it still wasn’t ready but they would do it right away and page me when it was done. After 10 minutes I got paged and when I went up to get it I was told I had to get back in line. I raised holy hell but was denied and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my prescription. I now switched everything over to Cotsco and the difference is night and day.

Every time I call this pharmacy, I wait forever on hold and every few minutes someone will pick up and say “hello?” Then put me back on hold. The last time I actually managed to speak with someone, I was treated with an incredibly rude attitude. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am seriously upset and unsatisfied with my experience at not only this Walgreens, but others too. Don’t waste your time trying to get ahold of them and refill your prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy needs to be shut down or investigated for malpractice. I called to make sure my prescription was ready. I was told it was ready. When I showed up 30 minutes later I was told there was no pharmacist on staff and to come back the next day - this was midday at 2:30 pm.

Attempted to call the pharmacy today to see if I would be able to get one of my medications today as it is for a very painful issue. I called 3 times at different times, and each time I sat on hold forever and then eventually someone would pick up the phone and then immediately hang it up. I find this incredibly rude. I will soon be switching my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because of this.

I love that this location is open late
