Very rude and unhelpful. Strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Tried to get our account off hold due to fraud and bankers were too busy and too uninterested to help. Could not explain why our account was on hold let along how to résolve. We have been clients for 50 plus years but we received zéro respect. Could not be more disappointed. Share on Wells Fargo!

Wells Fargo has been a nightmare for me. After being with them for 25 years they allowed fraud money wire to go through my checking account for $21575. I caught it immediately and went to a branch to try to fix it. They admitted to the fraudster calling them to approve the wire yet they tell me there was no fraud and that it was a standard transaction. They have since denied the fraud claim multiple times. They won't even refund the $30 transfer fee. Look at their F rating with the BBB. Look at all their fines to the OCC and the CFPB. They simply don't care.

We were frustrated with our savings accounts and fees getting charged and we worked with Laura the branch manager and she was super helpful. We appreciate her customer service and would come back to this branch again!

Whenever you call the bank they rarely happen to pick up. However when they finally did pick up, the banker I got was very nice and helpful. The staff here are quite nice but the location seems to be grossly understaffed.

SMH. Walked in to open an account Friday around 10am. “Sorry we only have one Banker, who’s not here, so we can’t open up any accounts” says the teller. Wells Fargo was fined for opening up fake accounts but try and open up a real one and no can do. What a joke! I gave 2 stars because the teller was pleasant.

I have been a client of Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I made an appointment and arrived on time. After a 15 minute wait I asked how much longer I would have to wait they said another 15 minutes. There was only one banker present at the time.Why are they using my money while I have to waste my time and get poor quality customer service?I am very dissapointed.

It's a nice gesture having the bank open on Saturdays, but the line will last half of the 3 hours they're open

Posted hours said closed at noon on Saturday. Drive thru was closed by 11:25am, with nobody waiting in line either! Really should change your hours to avoid this confusion in the future.
