We had a great experience at this branch.We first came here to clear up an issue with an account that was caused by another branch. Starting with the teller, then the manager, then a banker each went above and beyond to complete the difficult task of correcting errors in our accounts that had been caused at another branch. I am grateful for all their help.While we were there, I also witnessed another customer become incensed for having to wait a minute or two to be served, and the entire staff handled it calmly and professionally. I will gladly go to this branch in the future when I need help with our accounts.

Going down hill. I have had an account here for over 15 years, and over those years have conducted 100's of transactions. This location is out of the way for me, but it had safe deposit boxes which I need. The past few times I've gone to access my box it has been a long wait, ballpark 30-40 minutes (for a two min service to retrieve documents). Today I was told I need an appointment as they only have one banker and it may take hours until they are free. I was unable to make an appointment while there, so I attempted to call. No luck. So I go through the app, and after poking around for a while was able to find an appointment...for daaaays later. I know it's challenging to find people, but seriously...one banker for an entire branch? Do better.

None of the drive up windows are ever open and you're forced to park and go inside the bank.

The worst Wells Fargo I ever went to. Our accountant gave me a Wells Fargo number to have a banker call to verify a check, and when I got to this location I was told that they don’t call numbers, and that there’s nothing they could do. Waited on hold for an hour and 15 mins before I drove off. Will be closing my account shortly. 10 years with Wells Fargo with nothing to show for it besides getting racially profiled.

I was having difficulty with a money order and we worked with Rebecca. She is absolutely wonderful and so helpful, could not recommend more. If I ever have problems again I will be going directly to her.

Ive been to this location a total of 3 times for assistance. Every time I have visited this location, I have been treated like I am "bothering the staff" that is working. I attempted to call and got no answer and was wondering about a Safety deposit box - The banker that I met with made it seem like he had no interest in assisting me and told me that they didnt have any openings but then later told me I had to call. I attempted to call again after and got no response.I went in last week to make a with-drawl, and was pushed back outside the door because they "aren't doing any with-drawls inside" when I questioned it and told them other branches are offering it, they told me that it was there policy and they cant do anything unless it was a "large transaction". I explained that I was doing a large transaction, when they asked how much I explained it was over 1,000.00 - the Manager scoffed then told me that it wasn't "large enough" for them to do it inside and that it had to be over $20,000.As I was leaving, I overheard a banker state to the what I presume was the manager "That kid was in here a few weeks back bothering us about a safety deposit box".I have been with Wells Fargo for over 8 years as an account holder. If this is how you feel members should be treated at this branch, I suggest shutting it down. Looking at other reviews, I should have been warned before going inside. After numerous attempts to try to make my experience better, I have learned I will never go to this branch again for any assistance.

Called this branch at three different times today to enquire if they offer notary services to members. None of the calls were picked up. Judging by their hours posted online, they should be open.

I made an appointment with a banker here, was never sent a confirmation email, and when I called in an hour before my appointment to confirm it's still set up, no one was answering the phones. I had to call another branch for them to transfer me to a banker at this branch, only for them to drop the call within 10 seconds. Of course they never picked up the branch line after the call dropped. What a joke of a bank branch.
