The staff at this location is cool but man fk Xfinity I was just there to return my equipment went to USI Fiber, I still have a phone in the box to return that was part of a measure to reduce my WiFi cost... staff onsite said I'd have to go through the web to perform that task because they didn't have the means to return it either. But yea 118 dollars for Wifi only was insane. MEanwhile I got higher speed on fiber for 70 dollars!

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can't give them 0 stars! Xfinity is HORRIBLE!!! The only reason they act this way is because they are a manopoly and know there are no other companies around. We made a payment on an my mother in laws account that was a month overdue. February was due and then the bill for March came out. There was an arrangement set for the February payment to come out. I decided to make the payment and when I did, the account showed the next bill was due March 14th. A couple days later, Xfinity tried to take out the March payment out of my account and was unsuccessful. I wondered why they tried to do this since I made the payment for February and March payment wasn't due yet! To my amazement, the services were shut off a week later. When we confronted them about it, they were saying they saw something different. The amount stated for March was actually due February and then there is another payment due in March!!! BS!!! They are trying to extort more money out of me and this isn't right!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and will make a big complaint on them. Xfinity is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

There were no customers in the store when I walked in. There were 4 gentlemen and 1 woman (employees) talking.
When I told them I was there to troubleshoot my Android phone voicemail, they all turned away looking at each other - presumably wondering who would want to help. There were no takers, so a manager told them which one it would be.
The gentleman that assisted was able to get part of my issue fixed. YAY!!
The other part, he said he couldn't help with because it is an android and he doesn't have an android phone. In response, I asked if any of his coworkers might be able to help.
He seemed reluctant, but called someone over to look at it. Turns out no employees were android users, and no one could help.
It seems to be a standard thing that Comcast/Xfinity employees only have iPhones. I'd be interested in knowing if that is because xfinity only offers employee discounts on apple products.
If true, it seems like giving employees options (so there would be someone around that is able to help) would be in the best interest of your customers. I understand that might not be an option. If true, providing training, would be the way to go.
Additionally, having employees who have a true interest in helping customers, would go a long way in developing a loyal customer base.

This review does not reflect the quality of service of the employees at the location. When I returned my equipment, they were helpful.
I would leave -100 stars if I could. But 1 shall do. I am extremely tired and frustrated of the greedy and monopolistic practices of XFinity. I was coerced into becoming a customer from the start (it was the only service provider where I lived). For the next 4 years, I had various required modem upgrades and plan switches that left me with price hikes and no choice but to continue. Having Xfinity has been one of the biggest headaches of my life and I felt so powerless having to deal with them.
I would not recommend EVER signing up for XFinity. Look into 5G alternatives (like those offered from TM*bile or V*rizon) for a better quality of life.

My issue isn’t with the location itself. My issue is with customer service via the phone. And the service all together. I have been dissatisfied for a very long time. But xfinity pretty much had a monopoly in my area for internet service. Well not anymore. I guess when you a big company, you feel like you can have crappy customer service along with the occasional crappy service itself, and all will be well. I will be leaving for the competitor.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff, particularly the manager, La Mar, was far from satisfactory.
The lack of basic customer service skills demonstrated by your staff at this location is concerning. It reflects poorly on your company and raises doubts about Xfinity's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I am sure that Xfinity will continue to lose potential customers due to the negative experiences at this store.
Thank you for reading and I hope the you get a better experience than I did, if you decide to give tham a chance but I suggest that you run as quick as you can.

So got a lot of lies about things that I could do being with xfinity. Such as opening up an additional line they don't tell you that it's based off your credit. Having a bundle discount they don't tell you that when you move and cancel your internet and reestablish it at the new address you don't get your discount no more. If you go into the store and call somebody at the same time you're going to get two different scenarios and stories about how much you owe them.

Comcast didn't get permission to run a cable and drill a hole in my property and from other experiences as usual did it in an unsightly way. A tenant of mine called to get Comcast TV. Comcast ran the cable in the most convenient way for themselves and drilled a hole in the side of my stucco building without permission. To top it off they did not seal around the cable going through the outer wall. This is by far not the 1st time I have had trouble with installation not to mention other internet and tv issues.

0 stars. AVOID this location / Xfinity in general if possible. They’ll send you home with equipment missing, and spend the entire time trying to sell you a phone plan. They don’t care about how horrible their customer service is. Awful staff - ineffective management. Save yourself!

I returned a x1 box today. My end service date was scheduled for the end of the month but somehow by returning equipment it ended my service for the same day, even though I already payed for my internet service and was in the middle of a billing cycle. Beyond frustrated at Xfinity! When I chatted with an agent they wanted to charge me an additional $40 to extend my internet service instead just reactivating my internet service that already payed for.
