I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and the older I get the more health problems I seem to be having, I feel like a lab rat to them, they neglect my med check appointments to the point where I’m constantly going days, sometimes weeks without my adhd meds that I pay an arm and a leg for. They also convinced my mom that putting an IUD into me as I just had turned 14 at the time was a good idea, I got it removed last year and I’ve been having trouble getting pregnant. I can’t say for sure that that’s the reason but I’m definitely going to be looking into different health insurance options because of THIS PLACE DONT GO HERE DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! Just a bunch of catholic judgmental female dogs

Always a great experience. My team knows me well. The service is friendly and professional. Dr. Scheck is awesome! I have referred several people to him, and they all would say the same thing. He takes the time needed, and has a very friendly and caring attitude.

I drive from Minnetonka to this clinic to see Dr. Scheck. He is fantastic-very caring. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the clinic. I just wish it were closer!

Be very careful going to this clinic. They charged me for 2 appointments with Emily Walker. I never saw her. There were medical notes put in my chart for appointments that never took place. There were clinic summary notes put in for conditions that I do not have. How can this be done when I did not see a provider? I brought in written labs to be performed from providers outside the clinic. These providers do not have labs in their facilities. Not only did I not get the bloodwork done I could not get my written lab paperwork back. I spoke with several people on Monday to get these back and was told someone would get right back to me. It is now two days later and the Business Supervisor has not heard of this. They do not know where my paper work is. So not only did I waste my time going to not get work done, I spent over an hour on the phone on Monday with no follow through. Now, today I am waiting again while they look for the orders. I cannot book anywhere else because they have my paperwork. I need to get the tests done before my appointments and time is running out since they have had this 6 days in total. Maggie, the Business Supervisor was rude and inconsiderate. I have contacted my insurance. They are going to deny any claims that come in because in their words, it would be fraud.Watch your MyChart. Look at all your bills. Make sure they are not hurting you as well.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Not good people. Not helpful at all. They also messed up on billing and didn’t bother to fix it.

Dr Scheck and staff were top notch. Unfortunately I don't work in the area any longer, but I received world class care.Dr Scheck and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very personable and answered all my questions. I felt I had their undivided attention. Thank you!

It was my first visit to the clinic and when I presented my insurance card they never told me that they don't accept my insurance so I ended up having to pay $850 out-of-pocket just to get a $10 prescription refilled. Lesson learned.

Scheduled an appointment here for a pre-op physical. Mind you this was an emergency surgery. I got canceled on, twice. Plus, the call wait time is upwards of 30 minutes. Never go here.
