The Gentleman that works at the CVS pharmacy the worst human . Brought my sick daughter in just to ask a simple question. How do I check in. This is my first time here. I did not see anyone at the check-in desk. I asked him how do I check in . He said he doesn't know because he only works at the pharmacy which is 10 feet away. He repeated 5 times so I can leave .

Worst customer service. The staff and pharmacist are very rude. They act like it’s a hassle to do their job and that we are annoying them. I would never recommend this CVS. Horrible staff.

Horrible service and staff is rude. Everyone tells you something different. Staff said "it's too early in the morning for all this" look not my problem you chose this job, not my problem you are short staffed and not my problem you have an attitude and hate your job but you should not be rude to people who are calling about medication. Needs to be shut down. Not needed in this town.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The pharmacy staff are polite over the phone and in person. I haven’t had a problem refilling my prescriptions. I have been to the Minute Clinic also and the wait was a little long when it was busy, but it’s understandable. The inside of the store is clean too.

Had to switch to this CVS location because the one in Anoka sadly closed. Been taking adderall for my adhd for years and never had any issues getting it filled until this store. They never have enough in stock and when you tell them that it's been a recurring issue they don't apologize or try to figure things out for you. They get extremely defensive and rude. I stated this will be the last time I fill it here and I will be going else where from now on. She got snippy about it and said do whatever you need to do. Blatantly rude for no reason what so ever. The lack of care and immense disrespect is baffling. Avoid this pharmacy if able.

Honestly, they should close this location down. I live nearby and drive miles to avoid them. The staff is rude and incompetent. They offer no help when they screw up even after we confirm availability before showing up.

It was right at close and Azah was so helpful! She let me make the purchase to help my wife who was having an allergic reaction to Mosquito bites. She even picked up what I was looking for to save me time. I normally shop at CVS, bit with it being an emergency I stopped at Walgreens and they were sold out. I will not be stopping there in the future. Only CVS, thanks Azah!

I bought 2 items at 8.99 each totaling $17.98 using my rewards phone # thinking I would earn rewards point. But when I found out that I don't get $5 off of the 2 items which the sign advertised. So I decided to return them. So when I returned them I only got $14.38 back. I didn't get my full payment of 17.98. I demanded my full money back and the store manager said she cannot refund me back more than what the register allowed. I said there's clearly an issue with your register. You have both receipts infront of you and I have not step out of the store or use the item and I have lost almost $4. She said there's nothing she can do about it. I do not believe a store manager cannot override the system and cannot give me back my full amount that I should be getting back. I am so angry. This is a ripped off system and the store manager was so arrogance and rude about it. I will never step in that store or shop at cvs again. I will just go to Walgreen instead. This is unbelievable.

the worker “Brandon”. WOW. where do I begin. 3 words I would describe him with are respectful, nice, and helpful. he helped me with all my needs. He deserves a raise, and a promotion as well. Will be visiting again!

Don't go here for passport pics! They don't know what they are doing! Just go to buffalo courthouse and it cheaper! Plus it is done by an expert! They wouldn't refund me even though they took a bad pic!

Don’t get passport pics here. They don’t know what they are doing. We ended up taking two different sets of pictures by 2 different ladies and the ones they said would work don’t! The hair is in my daughters eyes and when we went to the passport place in Buffalo, they said that doesn’t work because you need to have your whole face structure featured. I called and asked if they refund it and they said no… So that was a waste of $17. Just go to Buffalo court house it’s cheaper and they know how the picture needs to look!!!
