I tried contacting them about a semi that had rocks fall from their truck on Hwy 100. Rocks landed on my windshield and the driver slowed down to avoid me because I started to honk and take pics of the semi so I could figure out the company they belong to. This company didn’t return any communications back to me after calling and leaving both a voicemail and an email about rocks falling onto my car while going 60 mph on HWY 100 around 3:15pm on 9/22. Def feels like they don’t care about this issue. I might have only a few tiny nicks and cuts into my glass, but I can see it and it’s frustrating to say the least. Even when I called got sent to voicemail—no “I’m sorry our truck dropped rocks on you while driving on the HWY” just “I’ll send you to Jerry’s voicemail”. I’d call and email again but I don’t want to wait like I did already, just to be sent to voicemail.
