I took my vehicle through Due North Car Wash and it was damaged. At their request, I provided two repair estimates. Instead of addressing the claim professionally, they have stalled and refused to pay me directly for the damage, even though their membership terms say nothing about restricting payout to a vendor. I sent multiple requests, including a direct mailing address for payment, and they have ignored me.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership or wash here, if your vehicle is damaged, don’t expect accountability or resolution.

We drove in with the car covered in bugs. Bugs on the grill, bugs on the hood, bugs on the windshield. We drove out sparkly clean & no bugs anywhere. Highly recommend!

Not the best first experience. Very first time using Due North and their equipment broke off my antenna. I've taken my standard size Chevy Silverado 1500 through numerous car washes and never had an issue. Like most places, there is a sign that states they are not liable for anything, so I didn't see any sense in contacting them.
While the wash itself looked great and I appreciated the additional time the wash techs took to spray all the dead bugs off the front end, I could have done without having to spend an extra $30 on replacing the broken antenna.

I’m a car wash believer! Love the fast, friendly service and equipment to get the interior clean. (Super cute promo with free wash with a dog too!) It’s so nice to not have to wait in line 1/2 half hour to get a wash!! Highly recommend!

I had a hitch panel fall off my buick enclave about a month ago (which doesn't just fall off) I have called and gone in on multiple occasions but have yet to solve my problem of my missing hitch panel. The car wash was great but their communication with this issue has been terrible. I have never taken off this panel and hope we can get this problem solved and sorted out.

Staff is super friendly. Car wash does a really good job. I'm very impressed with the vacuum station having complimentary wipes, glass cleaner etc. I really love the compressed air! Will come again

Showed up with enough bugs on the front of my car I could make a cake. Two gentlemen at the front took their time to make sure they were all scrubbed off before even entering the car wash, which took a lot of elbow grease. Thoroughly enjoyed the free mat cleaners and glass cleaner/towels at the vacuum stations. No to mention vacuums that really suck (like they’re supposed to). Happy customer who will be returned often and getting the membership next time! Thank you and glad you are here!

I got some paint on my car from driving behind a paint truck and Nolan & Bobby (I think that’s his name) worked SO HARD to get the paint off. I went through the line a few times and they scrubbed and scrubbed each time and had a smile on their faces the whole time. Thank you so much boys, my Jeep looks brand new again!
