I really hate when a nail tech accepts service that they know they do not have the skill for. I had shown her an inspo picture and if she had simply stated that she wasn’t able to do it, I would have walked away. But she agreed for a crazy amount of money (which she now claims was “discounted” because I was nice) to do my nails. Even though they were not remotely close to what I asked for, I was rushing for a second appointment (which she was aware of as I had tried to move my appointment time) and paid in good faith. Less than 24 hours later, the polish is also fading. I called her and out of guilt I’m guessing, her first sentence was “there’s nothing wrong with your nails.” Needless to say, I know she’s aware that the work she did was awful because I mentioned my dislike for it multiple times throughout the appointment. At some point, she got annoyed, telling me to “let her do her work”. After the sets were done, she claims that the reason I didn’t like it was because I was expecting it to look exactly like the pictures (which, shouldn’t it?). She refused to fix it or remove it and refund me, holding my signed receipt against me (quite literally threatening that I’m unable to dispute it). Please avoid this salon at all costs. I personally would go every length possible to get my money back even through the CFPB and yes, I’ll go to lengths like small claims court because the nail tech is rude, unapologetic and just a shitty person

I liked this nail salon. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. Quick service, reasonable prices.

One day , color gone and they said 35 and they charged me 55 and I did it on Friday and Sunday polish gone. I dont recommend for anyone.

I had a great experience here, one of the works did my pedicure and then another did my gel nails. They were both so kind to me. I came here for engagement photo nails and they did so wonderful and at a good price too.

Made a reservation. Were told it would be another 15 minutes when we got there. We waited 40 minutes to even be sat down at the pedicure station. We ended up leaving.

I came in on Friday morning for my 11 a.m. appointment to get my nails done, and I was really excited because they offer Gel X. I was quoted $95 for the set, which seemed a bit expensive, especially for Gel X. It’s essentially like press-ons and doesn’t require as much work as acrylics. I’ve had Gel X nails plenty of times and have never paid that much before. On top of that, the technician forcefully pushed my hand back into the nail curer instead of just asking me to do it. Also, my thumb nails aren’t shaped the same as the rest of my fingers. As a first-time customer, I’m really disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

First and last time coming here. My gel manicure peeled off in 6 days. Yes, 6 days. My pedicure was also a disappointment. I noticed upon coming home that night that my feet were still covered in calluses/cuticles not cleaned up. The two gals at the salon were really nice. Space seemed great. Unfortunately, I can’t believe I paid (and tipped so well) for probably the worst mani/pedi I have ever received.
