I stop in this location quite often for Pizza Hut and I have been treated very well by the Staff always nice to see smiling faces Atalie has helped me many times and I always leave the bank happier.

I really don't think it's any of your business where this large deposit came from, your job is to put it in the account, not to snicker and ask questions like you matter. A robot could do your job, in fact, it probably should, a robot would be more personable. I'm talking to you old gray haired lady at the st michael branch who's name is most likely Karen.
I realize that Karen has to ask on deposits over 10k but the other snippy comments are unprofessional and in poor taste. The comments Karen has made for deposits under 10k are completely voluntary on her part and says a lot about her and her employer. Do your job and nothing more, you still have a few years left to learn new things.
Been banking here for 25 years, not gonna make 26. Karen needs to watch her own bobber.
Fun fact: the old gray haired lady's name actually IS Karen, I was just guessing based on her personality.
Concerns were heard, not addressed, that's standard practice for Highland Bank.
When somebody wants to close accounts, maybe ask them how they want to go about doing it, seems like the logical thing to do.
Rather than just doing it your sloppy way with no record of what was in my accounts upon closing. Still waiting for my final statement so I can make sure highland bank incompetence was kept in check.
$1033.82 was not given back to me and that's going to remain the case until you prove it.

Every time I go into the bank they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Karen. The only thing I don’t like is the location of the new bank. I wish they had a location in Monticello, MN.

these guys never answer the phone and the only time they’re actually helpful is if you go in which they’re never open. I have better luck at the DMV then getting in here

I havent been in since they moved locations. I didnt recognize any if the employees. No one that used to work there was there. 3 young ladies were. None of which knew what was going on. Ill be closing my account here very soon. Not the Highland Bank it used to be.

The online banking IS horrible. You have to jump through a hundred hoops to do ANYTHING! The customer service people can't do anything, just 'have someone call you back'. Of course, they only call you back when you're working, so you can't answer or anything. I am appalled by how much highland bank hates their customers! I'll be leaving. And all I wanted was to not get paper statements! I literally have to close my account to not get paper statements. God forbid they help their customers and just end them, no. You have to do it through online banking ? Except it's impossible to access your online banking ?
