The amount of push marketing Holiday station stores push on consumers is dreadful and I will no longer use them for anything. I just want GAS and my rewards. I dont want to sift through 5 questions about purchasing additional products. HOLIDAY AND CUB FOODS SUCKS!! CANT WAIT FOR COSTCO.. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO SUPER America down the block

Poor girl at the counter today had a lonng line and a customer was being so rude to her but she handled it well and just wanted to give her props. Great customer service

Pay at the pump is spotty at best after switching pumps and trying 3 tine it finally took my card. They rarely have squeegees in the water, never have paper towels. Worse holiday ever.

Bad service. Card reader for the car wash was broken. No signage or anything. Had four people behind me so couldn't leave. Called the store, which was fully aware of the issue. Wouldn't print off a ticket to get me through the line. Willing to give my plate so if I did drive off it would be treated like a drive off from the pumps. Basically told me it's my problem and I needed to figure it out. Ended up asking the next person in line for cash and was able to get through. Not surprising the first person was willing to help but the business wasn't. Seems about right, never going back.

this location has a very rude manager, and everything people are saying about her is probably highly true and im saying this as a customer she definitely was very rude when i came into grab some snacks for my siblings around a couple months ago but recently i tried to get a job there she tells me i was lying about my Application and giving smart remarks i wouldn't recommend this store to anyone the worst experience i had with management go to speedway or kwik trip

I witnessed a transaction that just felt really icky to me. I came in and overheard a conversation between a customer and an employee and who I assume was a manager. The young man had come on to prepay with cash, and had come back for his receipt because he forgot it - and they told him he owed more than he prepaid for. It sounds like the pump didn't stop when it hit the prepaid amount - which happens sometimes if things are loaded wrong, it's happened to me at other stations. The manager was telling him that the only thing she could or would do would be to file it as a drive-off, which the man was understandably unhappy about because that makes it look like it was his fault and that he intentionally drove off. I am no expert, but I feel like you'd be able to see if it was two separate pumping transactions versus one that didn't stop when it should have due to human error with loading the amout. I then hear this lady on the phone with who I assume is her manager (Susan) telling the story completely different saying that this guy was trying to steal gas and being completely biased. I of course don't know all the details, but the way this woman was talking about this customer was very upsetting and rude. Someone should have a talk with that woman about the things she says in earshot of customers. It's not a good look for the store.

Advertise a price in the window but don't honor it when a kid goes in to buy 2 gallons of milk. Pathetic really. Won't get my business ever again.

This particular location has grossly inflated gas prices. They aren't right off the freeway to even justify the price per gallon. In fact the gas prices at the truck stop holiday in Rogers is literally 33 cents cheaper as I type this. Even if you use Cub rewards for a discount you can take an extra couple minutes and get cheaper gas almost anywhere else. Coincidence there is an affluent neighborhood close by so they can fleece people?

Store manager Leah is incredibly rude and is can't be bothered to listen to anyone. Go to Kwik trip instead.

So I was trying to get gas in cash and on card and there is this blond brownish hair kid saying I can’t pay gas half and half if people are going to work at any kind of gas station they should learn how to do every thing not just by little and if this holiday can’t teach kids how to do half and half in cash and card then you guys should not be hiring them hire expirance people

I used to give this place 5 stars but its gone downhillBad : Info online is pretty much never consistent with what is real. Plus, they don't have consistent hours or products, regardless of what it says online. Staff are rude and don't know what they're doing. I used to think they were nice but everytime I come here they're just nastier and nastier to me for no reason. Their registers are constantly breaking down, and don't try having the audacity to ask questions because how dare you not understand everything the workers doGood : I like certain products (when I can even find them)No masks required here
