I guess you're right technically. I am not a customer because you never touch my starter after sitting on your counter for 12 days after telling me 1 week.

Still on the counter same spot as I set it down. Another shop repaired it in 2 hours. So you're right again, I don't understand your business.

First time about 4 years ago and was treated just fine. My friends have always said that John's is the best for our antique tractor electrical needs. Gave 4 stars I'm a hard grader and I haven't gotten my other starter back yet. Not that I'm in much of a rush though.

Dropped off my tractor starter, and after 8 weeks and now no returned phone calls, it seems the business is closed or abandoned. Anyone having the same dealings? They had plenty of work it looked like.A quick response was written after leaving a review, but when the store called back, nobody was on the other end of the line. Quickly called back within 15 seconds, nobody answers the phone. And simply wanting to be updated on the progress of the repair and what parts costs are. As stated upon drop off.Upon picking up the starter, nothing was repaired due to this negative rating. Starter was disassembled and sitting outside in a cardboard box. They can go pound whatever items they do choose to. Their loss, my gain, and my repairs go elsewhere.Auto generated reply, call 15x per day. It maybe should've been when nobody returns a voicemail upon asking for simple details for cost of parts for an estimate.

Excellent and fast service. Had an issue with a starter, brought it into John’s Auto Electric and he fixed it immediately. Bryan was very kind and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone.

Save your time, money, energy and find someplace else to do business with. I brought a alternator in before Christmas, at the 3 week mark I started attempting to reach out to John to figure out ETA on my alternator. I was shocked, as after multiple attempts there were no answers to the phone calls or voicemails left, at this point I took it upon myself to drive there again see what was going on so I showed up on a Monday shows that that's their business hours they should be open, to my surprise no one's there so I left my business card and my phone number and I asked for a call back trying to figure out where my parts are, what do you know I don't receive a phone call back and in order for me to get my part I had to show up, upon getting there and asking about where it was I was informed from John that I didn't drop anything off, I kindly told him that yes I did almost 4 weeks ago and I know I did because I am the one that brought it in, he still looks at me dumbfounded, like he has no clue what I'm talking about, so I looked down on his counter of disorganized parts and lo and behold there's my alternator tagged and everything with my phone number my business..... it's not done. That's okay, John I'll take my parts and my business elsewhere and hopefully other customers don't have to deal with your poor customer service.
