Good section of items and in stock, but the prices were so high. I needed two cans of blueberry pie filling and it was over $5 a can. Minus two stars for high prices.

The sale items have signs the read 'Buy one Get One Free'. But in tiny writing there's a catch that'sunnoticeable until you get to checkout. Its not buy one get one unless you make this large side purchase of a different overpriced product. The deli quality and pricing is terrible and the store is dirty overall. Not a great experience.. too bad a cleaner store with better selection was not there instead. Have no idea how Cub is still in business when you can shop at a cleaner, more transparent store like Coborns.

Ordered a specialty cake - simply want it all white with a plastic happy birthday! And we wanted it fast - they we’re very pleasant about it. Very excited to see us come pick it up, and we were very happy - it looked so nice.
A big thank you to the bakery department and the woman who took our order and made it for us as we hoped!

Went to checkout last night and the person before me left a sauce packet. I went to tell the person and that cashier started screaming at the top of her lungs you left your sauce packet. It was extremely uncomfortable and everyone stared her like she was doing to much. We all felt uncomfortable lady relax. Female older night cashier get therapy

The customer service lady working this evening needs a little more training on what customer service is and the meaning behind it. When a customer comes in about a question about a purchase, she decides to rip the bag out of his hand, storms off, comes back and instead of nicely saying “unfortunately, you need to use your rewards for this certain purchase”, she rudely lets him know it’s not her problem that he didn’t see it said was a rewards purchase.

This is so sad, the fryed chicken is by pound now. No, so you'll pay like, $4.15 for a chicken breast. Everything is by the pound now I know they're losing out on money and selling less and it is selfservice now really.

Just left here (6:30 // 2/5/23) and was lectured by 3 different employees on how to function in a grocery store. First, my friend and I went to the hot food counter to make our own boxes for dinner. We were asked multiples times to use gloves, even after grabbing a set of gloves or a plastic covering for the meat & wearing both of them. We just kinda shrugged it off, as it looked as they were closing soon & had a day with people. Then, we go to the self checkout and my friend took the receipt and we were told by an employee to “not grab it that way” & to “not do that next time…as it ruins the receipt for the next person.” As far as I’m concerned, pretty sure the comment was made by the associate because she was having a bad day. Everybody just had attitudes. The only pleasant people here are the customers & the associates at Spire.
