Terribly rude doctor that won’t listen to you or your concerns. Don’t waste your time or money.

My wife walked my daughter in right before 5 and the staff was incredibly rude. Turned away a sick kid while treating my family like an inconvenience. Not sure if the dismissive attitude is from generally miserable people or maybe they don't like mixed families. Either way no excuse on how to treat people.

I was waiting in the drive through line and pulled up to the window at exactly 3:58 and the person said we close at 4:00, which I did not know and refused to give me my prescription. If I had been any where else and was in line before closing I would have been served. Show some respect and courtesy to your customers.

The professional I saw was amazing. Im terrified of needled and somehow she got 2 pokes done without me noticing till they were done. She was super kind and was helpful in booking a followup because i had so much trouble booking online the first time. However, 30 min before my appt I get an email saying its cancelled. No explination. Nothing. Idk if all are closed today but i tried to do a walk-in at 2 others and they were closed too.

Minute Clinic Saint Michael has been a huge help to me! They have treated me better than specialists charging 3 times the price. Thank you Christina Fjeld and Maurita Lehman for amazing visits. Last time my toddler was having a hard time so the nurse kindly got down to her level and colored with her, I couldn’t help but cry… it was so kind. I think her name was Felicia but unfortunately can’t remember.

I had a great experience here- I do not remember the name of the two professionals I worked with, but they were professional, caring, and helpful. I did not have to wait and was able to be helped earlier than my scheduled time (during the day on a weekday).
I understand issues some others may have experienced, but I imagine CVS Corporate is likely behind those issues (staffing, treatment of workers, etc.) and that is comparable to what you would experience at other Minute Clinic locations. I can not say I noticed any of these problems during my visit though.

They have no idea what they’re doing over here. You can make an appointment a week in advance just for them to call you thirty minutes before to tell you that they actually don’t have the right person to help you! What a joke

My fiance had an appointment at 10am. He got there 20 minutes before. The Doctor (Renee) took back the person who had the appointment at 10:40 because he didn’t have his paperwork done that took 2 minutes and then told him he had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for his appointment. So rude and unprofessional and kept closing the door in his face. That is the whole point of a scheduled appointment.

We come to this location for minor things like viral testing. The nurse, and both practitioners we see (myself and my two daughters) were so wonderful. The scheduling process was fairly easy, they actually have appointments available, whereas my GP is booked out a long time. The clinic area is clean and spread out. The appointments were fast but thorough and they were amazing with my kids.
Zero complaints! I think some of these reviews are unnecessarily harsh. Healthcare workers are so incredibly overburdened these days, and we need to give them grace.

Every time I go there, we are treated very well and get what we need to get better on the other side. Doctors and nurses are very nice. Most recently, my daughter and I had to go there for strep her appointment was a little bit later and she’s deathly afraid of nurses and doctors and the nurse made it so welcoming and fun and got on her level like I’ve never seen before. I was incredibly thankful Listened and help made the experience manageable . Unfortunately, because she ended up seeing my daughter in that moment and it put them behind 20 minutes we had to roll with it and it was the right thing to do. Common sense rules. Love this clinic! They see us often unfortunately this season.

Went on Friday for my son having strep (i knew he did) and we saw NP Sabrina and I’m not sure if she was new or having a bad day and didn’t want go do her job but it was awful. She barely swabbed my son’s throat (didn’t use a stick to hold his tongue down) as he was nervous for never getting it done before and was scared. He never tried to fight or squirm, he didn’t even move his head just wouldn’t stick his tongue out. She said his test came back negative as he didn’t have enough bacteria built up for it to test positive. We went elsewhere the next day who did correctly swab with a stick and said it came back instantly positive. Really didn’t have a great experience and didn’t even want a print out because of how unhappy I was about it. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
