I needed help putting on a wiper. My brother worked at O'Reilly but he is currently in the army active duty living on base in a different state. He helped people all the time including myself. So I went to O'Reilly and Jim at the counter would not come out to help me. He first looked up my car. Why, when I have the wipers and car right here. I just wanted to know if the wiper needed to be returned or if I was putting it on wrong. But I figured it wouldn't hurt. Another worker, I don't his name, he helped me. I ended up buying new wipers. However, because of Jim I will never go to O'Reilly in St. Michael. Because of my brother I will still go to O'Reilly in Buffalo.

Always helpful and usually have the parts I need in stock. If not they are more than willing to order them into the store or ship to your house. Selection of general goods is decent and as mentioned, employees are friendly and helpful.

It took 3 visits to get the correct part (brake pads) I paid cash for a wheel bearing assembly & when I returned it they didnt have cash to refund me.

Manager is always helpful & knows his stuff!Always willing to go above & beyond. So much turnover over the years. I sure hope they keep the good Staff & compensate the good ones well so they can keep this as a career if they so choose.Great service & knowledge is worth it
