I was referred to ProFiler Consulting 3 years ago as they helped me (a lot) with a capital gains tax. They are excellent, and only wish I would have found them years ago. Pamela did my taxes this year and she was very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, plus she made several suggestions when doing my taxes that I would have never even thought of.

We have worked with Profiler Consulting for about 20 years and have had only good experiences. Everyone is efficient and great with communication. We’ve worked with Pamela the last couple of years and find her very reliable and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.

This was our first time having to use a company/tax preparer to do our taxes; I did my research and called around to several places. I was recommended to ProFiler Consulting by two friends and found their prices to be competitive.
We worked with Pamela who was just wonderful. She was responsive to emails, communicated her progress and was patient with me to get all my documents to her. She made it so easy, we will absolutely work with Pamela next year and recommend anyone to her!

1 of the worst experiences of my life. Michelle was working with me and is the biggest nightmare I've ever encountered. She will go weeks or months without answering emails, Zero help ever. BEWARE

Profiler Consulting is second to NONE and for as long as I've owned my business (27 years) have been my go-to for tax preparation and overall financial and tax saving advice. Mike and Monica are both fabulous and I truly adore both of them. If I had to grade Mike and his company, he receives an A+++++++++++++ I can't recommend Mike and his team strongly enough!

I love this place.They’re more secure by the year, and upgrade their security.Great team and great communication.They are way higher attention to detail than the tax chains or smaller tax solo/vendors.I’ve gotten great value and cost savings from this team.

Just found out I am being billed $900 for a check I wrote them almost 1 year ago.
Now I have to go though all my records and find out if I am being double charged. Things like this seem to be a standard at this company.
Happily no longer using.
