I helped my brother out with his laptop which wouldn't power on... These guys said it would be done same day maybe in the afternoon. Next day they still hadn't gotten to it. Once they had a chance to run diagnostics, they said the motherboard had failed and would cost around the same price as a new laptop to replace. When my brother went to pick it up, they said it was disassembled and they couldn't give it back to him yet and that theu would text him when it was ready. Long story short, delays and poor communication... Avoid unless you really need help.

Fast professional service plus! We needed a charging port for my father's medical device it uses a phone with a special app. The charging port got messed up. They normally charge extra to overnight a part but they openly stated they were already putting in an order and would just add it to it. They could have easily charged me the 25$ for overnight i wouldnt have known the difference. They earned a customer for life.

I brought my sons computer to Techmate to upgrade storage. They did a great job and knew exactly what to do. They kept me updated via text which was super convenient. The guy I dealt with knew what he was talking about and was super nice to deal with! I would recommend using them and will definitely be back for future needs. They also have cute Knights clothing for sale! Thanks for all the help Techmate!
