Got an oil change that took 6 hours before I could get my car back. I turned down a new cabin filter when they recommended it to me. A week later I went to go replace my cabin filter and found that TGK took mine out and didn't bother to put it back. I didn't even want them to check my filters, and they just stole mine.
Never going back again.

Had a good experience with Oil Change however had a brake job less than a year ago and have had problems ever since. Took it somewhere else to have it looked at now three times. First time was told whoever did install did not put enough lubrication, second time (two weeks later) said there was also a worn spot other due to the lubricarion issue, today found out that it has gotten worse and now need a whole new brake job. Serves me right for going with a cheaper option which now ended up costing me double!

So overall great experience. Only complaint… i dropped my car off at 7am.. and it still wasn’t done when I got off work at 5pm… but otherwise great experience :)
