Jared was very helpful, and explained reasons for why the issue was caused and gave a very straight forward plan of action to repair the issue. I have been very pleased with the repairs and my truck is running as if nothing had happened! Highly recommend and will bring my vehicle here next time.”
“I can not begin to give enough kudos and thanks to these guys! As I'm right in front of their shop, my ignition coil goes bad and I'm getting a #1 misfire, it's Friday at 1pm, and I'm 40 miles from home. Tried the dealership right there but they (of course) had no availability and not willing to check. Stop in with these guys and were honest in saying they were busy/full but still managed to squeeze me in to check the code, confirm the issue, and FIXED IT by 4pm. And the price....less than other places even though it was an emergency and they were busy. They could have easily charged double given the circumstances but they didn't. They were honest, fair, and everything you'd want in a repair shop. Give these guys a shot and bring your vehicle next time you need service.”

“Great service, friendly and respectful staff that went above and beyond to look out for the customer. Came in just to get a oil change and new tires put on and found out a ball joint was for the lack of a better term toast amd needed to be replaced. The sales rep was able to get the parts in right away and at a low cost and my vehicle was repaired and service done before the anticipated completion time.”
“I drove over an object on the highway and was losing air quickly. I was just entering a small town at the time. I pulled over and found West Hennepin Auto and Tire. They were so nice and said they would help me. I got the car there and they were able to look at it quickly. Apparently it was a piece of metal. They were able to patch the tire and get me back on my way. The price was very reasonable as well. I had a full day and a 5 hour drive home, so I was very grateful that it didn't disrupt too much of my schedule. The people there were kind and the shop looked incredibly clean. “Outstanding experience with Discount Tire in Rogers, especially Gatlin and AJ.
I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight.
Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me.
They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare.
I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road.
