Dr. Called and confirmed at 4pm that Walgreens in St Michael had received the prescription. Hadn't heard from Walgreen's so I called at 6pm, no answer and was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Called back at 7:30pm to check, again I was placed on hold with no answer. Decided to just go to Walgreens to check on it, when I arrived the lady argued with me telling me that they just received it, which was untrue. I let her know that I had received a confirmation at 4pm that the prescription was received by Walgreens. She argued with me and said, well we are closing now and can't fill it today. We never have Walgreens fill our prescriptions anymore because they are way over priced and their service has gone down hill. Unfortunately our regular pharmacy was out of the prescription we needed so we decided to give Walgreens another try, we won't make that mistake again.

I don't usually leave a review but I decided to do for the employees at The Walgreens pharmacy in Saint Michael, MN because I have never been treated so well by a pharmacy staff before. they are patient, polite, respectful, and helpful. it is such a great energy and positivity that, when I get off the phone or leave the pharmacy, I noticed my mood changed to better. thank you to all the staff. you are great!

Three days and my prescription still inst filled and no one answer the phone! Over an hour on hold and walgreens won't let me transfer it to a different Walgreens location!

Helpful staff. I was able to get a passport photo immediately without having to wait to pick up on another day.

We had used Walgreens for several years up until this past Dec, 2017. We called the pharmacist (Chris) to get information regarding medications that may have caused an allergic reaction & he said "I can't help you with that" I thought that's what a pharmacist did! We quickly switched to another pharmacy & had difficulty getting them to send over the correct prescriptions. P.s. The Tech there named Sally is absolutely a gem!
