Waited for 45+ minutes on the phone to talk with someone in the pharmacy after receiving a text that they encountered a problem filling a prescription. Based on the lack of customer service I have received time and time again, I will be taking my business elsewhere. #bringbackthrifywhite

Having the drive thru open “sporadically” as I was told, is really frustrating and unhelpful. Expectations of any pharmacy is to have that option, especially while sick or with sick children.

After waiting 2 days for them to refill a prescription, I called to check on the status and waited on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. Time to find a new pharmacy ?
