AMAZING. They honor their lifetime repair warranty, no matter the time they have to put in on the fix. Up front pricing. Smart, nice technicians. IDK y'all, they're the best.

Have been to this location twice. Excellent service. Had to replace Zagg screen protectors. First time it only took a few minutes. After dropping the phone again, my fault completely, the protector did as it was suppose to do and just cracked the Zagg. Bloomington was out of my particular Zagg but they called Eden Prairie and they had it in stock. 10 minutes away and I went to them and they put it on right away. Thanks Matt for the great and quick job.

I will update this review once my situation has resolved. In the meantime, they're getting a 1. On Sunday 08/26, I went to the CPR store for an emergency phone screen repair at around 12:30. TJ said that this would take an hour. I get there at 1:30 pm and the screen is still being worked on. I was then told that they were out of black screens for my 6S and that they could put a white screen on until the parts come in on Tuesday. I obliged. I needed my phone for work on Monday. So, not only did I receive my phone later than the expected wait time but I didn't have the correct phone screen put on and had to come back in AGAIN another time. Not very convenient like you guys had advertised. Strike 1. I work 10-12 hours Monday-Thursday. So finding time after they open and before they close is extremely difficult. I come back Tuesday during my break like they said and was notified that the parts weren't in yet and that I had to come back again on Wednesday. Could have appreciated a phone call or an email. Strike 2. In addition, at around Tuesday and Wednesday, I noticed that I had some issues with the touch screen - it would often stall, was stuck on the home screen, wouldn't respond to the touch as quickly, glitched. Upon waking up Thursday AM, I noticed a line going across the screen that reassembled a crack/scratch. I called Thursday during my break to ask one of the employees ("Shawn?"). I made him aware of the entire situation and he told me that I can still come in and get it repaired for free due to the screen being "defective". I let him know that I'll come in on Friday afternoon then. Come Friday afternoon, I come into the store and was greeted by TJ. He tells me that I "cracked" the screen due to application of high pressure, which in no way did I do such a thing. The phone has always been left on my desk, nightstand, purse or jacket. I told him that I had spoken to someone Thursday and they had reassured me that this would be taken care of. Nope, he still wanted to charge me $70 for the part. This is ridiculous. I had paid $120 for a less than satisfactory job on my screen replacement (with a white screen on black phone) and now he wants to charge me an additional $70 for the parts. This is not my first cell phone replacement. I've had my screen repaired by smaller shops (using cheaper material), Apple and had never experienced so many glitches and a "crack" due to high pressure. It was either the screen was defective or the material that you guys buy and use on customer's cell phone (and charge them $120 for) is cheap. I called the CPR store 10-15 minutes later after not having much luck finding the corporate phone number. I requested to speak to someone higher up. Tristian was kind enough to answer and defuse the situation and told me that a manager (turns out it was TJ again) would call me back in an hour. He calls me back 2 hours later and didn't leave a VM. I was running errands during this time and called him back not even 10 minutes later. No answer. I left a VM. Not a problem, I'm sure they were swamped on a Friday night. 4 pm rolls by and still nothing. 5 pm rolls by no callback. I decided to call them this AM at around 11. Nothing. No answer. I thought that this was odd. So I decided to call them off my girlfriend's phone immediately after I hung up, in which they answered right away after the first ring. Strike 3. How unprofessional is it that TJ was screening the phone call and refused to answer my phone call 2x. What a f****** joke. I've just emailed the owner and will be waiting for the correct recourse. If you're looking to pay $120 to wait 1.5 hours, get treated like s*** by a couple of unprofessionals then CPR is your store. Otherwise, I would just check out Brand New Again in Edina for $40-50 less than what they're charging you. They have way better reviews and seem to know what they're talking about.

Been there a number of times for repairs, advise and purchases. Bought a refurbished computer from them for a really good price and it has been working great. Both owners are friendly and helpful. They have a great depth of information. They are also very friendly.

Oh my goodness, this Phone CPR Center is Fantastic!! My phone woke up with me in "Dead Blue Screen"!!! So horrible, as I am in Mn. for a funeral from L.A. -----No one could reach me! Nor could I use the phone in anyway!! No internet- no nothing!! Adam, immediately identified the problem, said the general fix wouldn't work because it was a Apple 7 plus (I didn't even know that!) He magically got me back up and running! After leaving MSP 35 years ago, I sure am reminded there just aren't people like this everywhere! Thank you Adam! Your knowledge and kindness was so appreciated! Thank you, Nancy

Computer Plus Solutions has helped us remotely with many issues. Since we live in Wisconsin and can't get there, that option is awesome! They have helped us set up a new router, helped when our computer had a virus, and other various things. I would recommend Computer Plus Solutions to ANYONE needing computer assistance, or a new computer.

I am a senior citizen and not very computer literate. I searched on line for computer repair nearby and found Computer Solutions Plus and found they had good reviews. I wholeheartedly agree with the reviews. They had my computer fixed in about a day, plus they had a special running which also was a nice plus and saved me some money. After getting my computer back, I called them as I needed some help with a couple of issues and Tavish was so very helpful and patient. Thank you Matt and Tavish!!! Highly recommend.
