Steve did my taxes wrong. I started my taxes with someone new for this year; my new filer informed me last year's taxes were done incorrectly (By Steve). Steve marked my type of employment wrong. Resulting in now owing money. Steve was also very rude when I went in because his system was not being updated. I called his receptionist, and she booked my appointment, but I was met with frustration due to him wanting to go home. I was not the last client of the day either. I do not recommend.
