I Did not have a good experience. I Was quite disappointed. My father recently passed and wanted to get something for him. This was my first time coming here. I thought all of Zack's worked looked really great from I had seen on facebook.
What I wanted was NOT what i got. The stencil looked good before we started. It took less than an hour, seemed rushed. When he was done I looked at it, I thought it was odd it wasn't outlined. It was fairly swollen and bloody and he said it would look better in few days when the swelling came down. So he put film over it and for the next few days I let it be.
When i took the film off i was really sad. It looked awful. I contacted a few other artists in the Mankato area who all said the same thing, that it was a hack job and even caused scar tissue. There wasn't much hope of saving it so I started looking at other ideas to cover it up. I found another artist that was able to fix it. They were quite shocked seeing it in person.
I did ask Zack for a refund or even a partial refund. All he offered was a “touch up”. Which after how the tattoo turned out I didnt feel confident going back to him. I paid $250 for less than an hour and a tattoo that did not turn out. The other artist that fixed it was wonderful and it took about 2 and half hours and only $180, but I'm very happy with what they were able to do.
I would have been really happy with even a partial refund to cover the cost of the fix up.

I love this place Zach is so easy to get along with. Always right there at the door to welcome you. And does his part to put back into the community will be going there in a a couple weeks for my next tattoo!!! Thinking about getting some ink would highly recommend this place. They got my money for sure!

Owners don’t answer and the tattoo artists take deposits that are over $100 and then don’t show up for the appointments!!!!
Also was late and we had to modify our tattoo from easy things because he doesn’t know how. DONT GO HERE

I've had 2 done and another started so far. Zach has been nothing but courteous and friendly. Very friendly, relaxing and inviting. I've finally found someone that gets me for a tattooist! I'll be going back to get more done in the near future for sure!

I just had my second tattoo done here. This one was on my spine. Zach and his team are the best people to work with!! Throughout the whole process Zach was very accommodating, considerate, and checked in every few minutes to make sure I was doing ok. Very impressed with the professionalism here!! I had another tattoo done on my hip and part of it lead to a more intimate area. He was very good at making sure I was comfortable and constantly apologized if he felt he was getting too close. Amazing work done here.

I have had 6 tattoos done at this shop, and I'm going to have a 7th soon. I love the environment in the shop and the work is always amazing. I have loved being a canvas in this shop! Each artist I have worked with has been wonderful and taken great care of me. I recommend this place to anyone I talk to about tattoos. Amazing work and wonderful artists! ?
