I have nothing but courteous interaction with the staff at St. Peter pharmacy. Whether it is for obtaining a prescription filled, asking them to call to transfer a prescription or having a booster shot, we have no complaint. Everyone has always been very kind and they are ALWAYS VERY BUSY.

I don't know what changed and maybe it's not their fault but the customer service has been awful for about 3 months now. I can't even get my refills filled in less than 3 days. If I go there and to talk to someone in person half the time there nice and the other half their stressed out.

I understand that being a pharmacist is one of the hardest jobs in the world right now, but the level of rudeness I have recieved from simply asking if my medication is ready, in unacceptable. I feel like I have bothered them by simply being there. Not cool
