Came into this location several weeks ago to purchase a new phone. The employee working was helpful enough, attempting to educate me on the current promotions and such, even promising to help reduce the cost of our family’s monthly unlimited data plan. I know well that oftentimes when a salesman offers a good deal, it is likely too good to be true. So cautiously, I asked for assurance that our bill would indeed go down; again, he promised that it would and even calculated the cost of the new monthly total in front of me. Satisfied, I left with my new phone and plan… until today, when I received a phone bill, not lower than our original plan, but rather MORE EXPENSIVE by $70. It’s clear now that this gentleman never had the intention to genuinely help me or my family, but just wanted to inflate his sales numbers. A quick call to verizon confirmed that the only change made to our account was the addition of supplemental hotspot coverage on top of our already pricy plan. Future customers beware, employees here will flat out lie to your face if it means a sale gets credited in their name. You’ll probably fare better at an actual Verizon store instead of an authorized retailer like here.

Falsely was given the wrong information. by a former employee and store manager will not contact us for this issue. Please have the employees write down what they tell you. We are out $400 due to false information. Been told to call customer service then referred back to the store. Lots of back and forth. And the manager is always in a meeting. Hmm, doesn’t quite make since. Please stay away from contracted Verizon stores. Been a loyal customer for years. Looking to switch.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. I’m a little annoyed that I had to pay $30 to transfer data and contacts but that’s not the salesman’s fault as much as ac company issue.
