They will give you a hard time when cancelling…they lied to us about cancelling a membership that we knew nothing about and we never got the products we paid for and they constantly keep charging the card…they have terrible customer service people like Adam…nasty and felt like he sent an email that we never got yet he was nasty and acted as if he was being paid for each click of his mouse…he stated he a part of leadership…well he defined the character of this company by his nasty attitude ..do not be railroaded…I cannot allow anyone that we know to be treated like Adam attempted to treat us…he clearly forgot that customers are the reason why he has a JOB…run fast away from companies who hire …people who act like Adam..is not good for business..Adam was a KAREN….
