About America's Stay Inn
America's Stay Inn is a modest, no-frills motel that provides good value for an overnight stay. The outside appears a bit sketchy and rundown, but the inside is quite nice, clean, and well-kept. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, quiet temperature units, plenty of towels, and no bad smells. The staff is friendly and it seems run by a hard-working family. It is a quiet place, not noisy outside, with no sketchy people hanging about. Amenities include free wifi that gets the job done, plenty of cable channels, and a simple breakfast with coffee, donuts, cereal, and toast, though the selection is poor and the coffee is pretty bad. The parking lot is accessed from the back. Its location is an easy walk to a gas station and convenient store next door, and it is a perfect place for events at the nearby Rochester International Event Center. It is not a fancy or 5-star hotel, but a good, affordable place to lay your head for the night.

Checked in 8.9.2025. we were early, by on hour or so, asked if we could check in early he said yes extra 10.00, ok put it on the bill. No, cash only. I hope he had a nice lunch on my dime, extortion, plain and simple

Cute motel after a long drive. Nothing fancy but it’s clean and comfortable. Inexpensive and includes breakfast. So happy we came across this one.
