Brady was very responsive and kind in returning phone calls and answering questions. He meant with us a couple of times. The storage unit was very clean. Looking forward to renting a unit from Bear Cave Storage for this year.

Able to secure a temporary spot on the same day as needed. Brody helped get the long TT backed up.
Paying was easy once you understood.

It used to be awesome. Not as much these days. Plus when the current owners bought the place, they said they wouldnt be raising the prices. Prices have gone up twice since they have been there. I'm guessing we're all paying for the fancy fence instead of the real labor it takes to run a storage facility.

Like the fact that it's a little more secure with the gate, but a little inconvenient when you can't get to your unit after 8 p.m. And snow removal has gone downhill recently, glad we have had a mild winter so far this year.

Either pave the "streets" or bring in many loads of crushed rock to eliminate the awful mud after any rainfall! Had my shoe sucked off my foot one time when trying to pick my way through the mud to get to the door of my unit!!!

Bear Cave has outstanding customer Service. I no longer live in the area and have more than once needed help with my storage and keys etc. This has saved me a few trips. I also love the gated community which makes me feel that my "stuff " is very safe. Thank you.

Bear Cave is a great storage facility. The security is top notch and the ease of use, access, and communication with the owners is great. Paying and autopay is an option and they are helpful with setting all of that up. I would highly recommend Bear Cave for your storage needs.

I’ve been a customer for over 8 years. It’s close to Stewartville so it’s very convenient. Power gate makes punching in my code simple (never have to worry about forgetting a key). Appears secure; I’ve never had a problem with theft or vandalism. Management is easy to contact when I have a question. Billing is electronic and I can pay online. Cost is comparable to other units in my area and the grounds are well cared for and clean.
