Just know you aren’t getting your food on time. Each and every time my family and I order from here we show up on time only to be told we haven’t started your pizza yet.

If I could I wouldnt give any stars. The past 2 times I have put an online order for a pizza I’m told 20 min I get here after 20 min and they haven’t even started it both times and I was the only customer and only order. But then 3 employees come in from a smoke break and tell me my order just came in. Like no you just noticed it after ur smoke break. Then you have one employee in the store working while they are busy Worst Casey’s I have ever been to.

Everytime I order pizza from the 20th st store i show up on time and it is never ready or haven't even started it.. same story everytime. We were busy sorry.. would order from down town if you want your food on time

Friendly ,helpful staff and bathrooms are always clean. Food never disappoints. I have recently been helped by Anthony who is the manager and Dakota who
is a cashier. They are always helpful and offer great customer service. Needless to say I shop there regularly and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys, it is appreciated.

Great food by employees that are overworked and underpaid.You try to smile while your working full time and can't pay your bills.Try to give respect to anyone working the grind to feed their family.

ordered a pizza, when I checked out had 4$ in caseys cash applied. charged me without the caseys cash. also kept prompting a free delivery coupon that was not valid. paid 8$ for a delivery that should've been 0. theirs no reason the pizza I ordered at 5:15 in the morning expected at 5:50 should arrive 45 minutes late (after 85 minutes of waiting on a 35 minute eta). ordered at work. days almost over. could've picked it up myself at the end of my shift at this point. and saved the 8$ on my 17$ pizza I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. eta needs to be fixed. this is poor service

Friends drove from Rochester to Stewartville to purchase 2 pizzas for our family as a kind gesture due to sick family members. He paid for the pizzas and set a pick up time for 5pm. My husband gets there and is told they aren’t paid for. Such a kind gesture turned into a headache not only for us but also our friends who then had to call Casey’s to prove that they indeed DID pay for the pizza.Casey’s in Stewartville has definitely gone downhill, very disappointing.

Great Customer Service and especially Brandon!! Kitchen was closed right before I walked in but he still hooked me up with a pizza…All 5 Star for this place!!
