I have only one complaint. To use your web site to schedule an appointment for service is useless. I just go in circles and cannot schedule an appointment. The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong.House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. They have always gone out of their way, especially Pete Schreiber their service manager, to provide the very best in customer relations and service. His fast response and eagerness to solve my problems only exemplifies their commitment to the finest principles of customer relations and service. With that in mind I would give them a 6 star rating if it were possible.

I brought my vehicle in last Friday, for an oil change, and they spotted a nail in my tire. They not only fixed where the nail was, but also rotated my tires too.

Our experience with House Chevrolet was wonderful. We stopped just to look at a vehicle and ended up purchasing..... due to our lack of getting financing set up for a down payment...Brian, Bev and the whole crew came up with creative ideas to solve the situation. Won't take our Silverado any place for service and repairs. Didn't buy it there but treated as if we are long time customers.
