If you need Parts in any quantities bigger than 1, go elsewhere. Owner will try to sell you 3+ different brands of Spark plugs, pr whatever other parts you need that come in quantities.Additionally, you'll be lucky if he's actually open during said business hours, often doors are locked during the day.

i am not sure who helped me today but he was very helpful. i had a headlight out and he helped me change it but then also checked my air filter, my oil and washer fluid with no extra charge and had a great attitude while doing it. just was so helpful

Make sure to check prices if its not an emergency. Price gouging is rampant. He will try to sell bulk to make it appear to be a good deal and wouldn't return unused items when called out on it. Oil was marked up 4 dollars a qt compared to other near by napa stores. Lesson learned but don't get burned like I did.

I have tried to stop in here multiple times over the past six months. It is always closed with inside lights off but the open sign on. Not sure what's going on but it is frustrating.

Late on this review, but better now than never. Last year, I had what ended up being a very simple issue with a car i have had a lot of issues with, after purchasing it from, what I call now, a sketchy dealership, aka Zumbrota ford. My car was overheating slightly but not enough where it was scary. I'm not a car guy, but doing my best, i went into Napa here in Stewartville, and explained the situation to the gentleman at the desk, I believe his name was Matt ( he's the owner of the store).. he told me he'd look at it rather than making me purchase all these things I was just about to purchase just trying to figure it out by myself, which is btw a horrible mistake when trying to learn about cars, always take the knowledge of someone you can actually trust, or get a book! He pointed out some simple hose on the top of the engine base, relevant to ur antifreeze lines, had a leak in the little rubber tube connector, that connected the hose/tube, to another portion of the car's engine bay, relevant to that coolant system. He grabbed another connector, fixed it in 5 mins himself, and made my fix a whole lot cheaper, as the Zumbrota Ford Dealership I bought the car from charges you $100 each time just to look at your car.. so if it's not something under warranty you're not only paying them $100 for those 5 minutes and $10 pieces to fix it, they end up making $110 in 5-10 minutes of work. Pretty BS on the dealerships end, but great for Matt at Napa Auto in Stewartville, because now I only go here for parts. Thanks again Matt!

Very condescending. Not very helpful. Entered the store in a good mood. after interacting with the worker I left very frustrated and angry. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Not a people person I guess

The manager running the place is terribly rude, I can't stand him so I avoid this location at ALL costs

The best experience I have ever had with Napa!! The short of it, placed a wanted ad on a Facebook page. Matt responded within minutes. I was looking for a part that was out of stock everywhere. And would take 7 to 10 business days to ship to me. My problem was I needed them much sooner. No other store that had them were willing to do what Napa of Stewartville was willing to do. Matt took my order, packaged the order and shipped it. He left his store and shipped it next day, from another location (not his store). Received the parts the following day. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for their services!!

warning!!! Do not go in there, the owner of the place will rip you off if you don't know what the prices are on stuff. He will overcharge you. Make sure you call other Napa stores for the price of the part that you are going to get before you go in there. I wrote this so other people won't get ripped off from this guy like I did. Lesson learned he wouldn't take back the item that I bought from him just 10 minutes after I found out how bad he ripped me off. And the package wasn't evened open.

I live out of town and my car battery died. I tried a place in Rochester but they didn’t know what to give me. My family lives here in town so we swung by. Matt was awesome. He found the battery, and swapped it out for me!! Awesome customer service. Highly recommend

I came in the store to buy new windshield wipers for my car today. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He even installed them for me at no extra cost. Great service!
