Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this store. Which would have easily been rectified if the employee would have taken the time to explain that the deals he was able to offer in store, and the ones offered online are not the same.
As we went in today to look for a new phone, we made an appointment, prior to arriving, were the only ones in the store. We were told the phone he wanted didn’t exist. This would be the Samsung 25 at a 256 gb. He didn’t have it in store. So he said they didn’t make it.
The employee seemed very distracted as we had to give him the phone number with the account 3 times, he continued to play with a lighter in his hand and eating while “helping” us.
As we continued to ask questions he got more annoyed with us. Shrugged his shoulders and then said he was “going to the back and let him know if we needed him”
We were still trying to ask him questions, looking for guidance on how to get the best deal if we needed to upgrade the plan, trying to get the best phone available. We unfortunately left because this was not a good experience for us.
The manager DJ was much more helpful to the situation i wish He’d come available sooner, we may have been able to leave with a phone today.

I would like to express my thank you to Jason at the Verizon store in Stewartsville. We have always received excellent customer service from this store. Jason is the most patient, kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable person who answered my questions, and explained options to upgrade my phone. He took time to explain in language I understood. Jason is the epitome of brilliant customer service which is so needed and appreciated in life today. We need more people like Jason in this world today. Thank you Jason!

had some problems turning in an old phone for trade in and Ehric handled things with no fuss, relieved a lot of stress I had and couldn't be happier with the results. 10/10

Was told it would be $30 a line and $40 for Internet. They've been charging almost 3x that for three months and won't fix it. The customer service doesn't do anything when you call, and it is impossible to actually get a hold of someone at the store when you call.

Ehric was super helpful through all of the obstacles and struggles we had to go through to transfer from Spectrum to Verizon! Even got us some discounts and deals for being new customers along with trading in devices as well which is always helpful!

Needed to turn in old phone for upgrade. I tried to factory reset and got fustrated with the main instructions sent. Stop in Stewartville and 3 clicks later had it done. Amazing.
Here is the quick way to factory reset...
Go to settings
Go to about phone, scroll to bottom
Click on reset
Resetting will take a few minutes to process.

Canceled my service a month ago. Verizon kept my service going for 3 weeks after that charging my card. Never going back!

Eric was very professional, took the time to make sure I understand all that was needed for me to upgrade my phone, he noticed there was a charge that shouldn't have been added and made sure it was corrected.
