The facilitators were so awesome. The training was very inclusive, respectful, but also entertaining. The facilitators were very good at keeping the kids engaged and motivated. “I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for my son. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove exceptionally well.
Shortly after we picked it up, my son drove just a few miles to get new tires and have the SUV detailed. On the way, the check engine light came on. After scanning the code, we found it was related to the oil pressure sensor.
We contacted the dealership, and they immediately reached out to Central Automotive and directed us to head straight there. What really impressed me was how Central Automotive handled the situation—despite it not being their responsibility and having a completely full lot of vehicles to service, they didn’t hesitate to help.
I received a phone call shortly after 9:00 AM the next morning letting me know they had diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and that the vehicle would be ready for pickup that afternoon. Due to their heavy workload, the owner himself stepped in and completed the repair to ensure the work was finished on time.
This level of service is rare. Central Automotive went above and beyond, and their professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help left a lasting impression. I know why they are so busy!
