“I don’t particularly care for Blaze Credit Union. This review is based on my interaction with a teller named Scarlette at this location. I had woken up to a slew of text alerts of fraudulent activity, all from the same website, and after a handful of purchases, Blaze finally recognized that it might be fraudulent activity to have purchased thousands of dollars of items from this single website. I was stressed and annoyed at having to chase down people to correct this but when I arrived, as soon as I spoke with Scarlette, I felt better. Having over $10.000 in fraudulent charges, a large negative balance and drained savings account to cover the negative balance is not a great feeling and after working with Scarlette, I left feeling at ease. People like Scarlette is what keeps me at Blaze.”

“I would like to address the 1 star review saying all the 5 star reviews are paid and it’s definitely not. We have always received exceptional accommodations at this location. I truly think it’s because they have such an amazing manager, NASH :) I will never bank with any other place because of his team and how well they have treated us. Customer service is KEY and they get it! Linh is also very sweet and always greets us and our children. So happy we bank with Ideal, I hope they know how truly blessed they are to have the people at this branch ❤️”
