The new AI for pharmacy customers is horrible! We have been with Cub pharmacy almost 20 yrs, and am changing everything over to CVS. Personal medical information should not be handled by AI. This system is ridiculous and you just end up talking to the staff and repeating everything anyway.

I was greatly disappointed to walk into my local Cub in Robbinsdale, and see the American flag at half mast! This is Minnesota and Lindsay Graham was not our congressman! I could see it if it was a MN congressperson, but not him!!!! Do better Cub! Are you trying to send me to HyVee to do my weekly shopping?
