On hold for over an hour today 5/2 and no one ever answered. This is a new prescription so I don’t have a script number and can’t use the automated system. Why is everywhere like this now, what happened to customer service?

This is the 1st pharmacy that I have used frequently for prescribed meds that I take. I have had zero issues with this pharmacy. They are helpful, typically have all that I need and if they don't they communicate as to when it will be in. Sometimes there's a wait, drive-thru and in store, but it hasn't been terrible. I have all positive to say about this pharmacy!

I've been getting prescriptions filled at the Stillwater Cub Pharmacy for about 3 months now and have had (almost) only positive experiences there. There have been a few instances when I've had to wait a few days to get a certain script filled due to insurance purposes, but that had nothing to do with the staff there. My prescriptions are usually ready to go and, when they're not, the wait is always brief. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone new to the area or looking to change up. ??

Staff are always courteous and helpful. Always asking if I have a rewards card, and willing to check out small grocery purchases as well. Have had several vaccinations here also and have been well taken care of.

We have been delighted with Cub Pharmacy. We were apprehensive about leaving a big brand pharmacy but it has been an easy and smooth transition. Their attention to detail, kindness, patience, ability to reach them on the phone within a couple minutes, is a game changer.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy in Stillwater. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help. I notice that the people who have “negative” opinions/experiences often create the issue themselves and instead of owning up to it and fixing it they find it easier to blame others.

I spoke with the Pharmacist on staff this morning about a problem I was having with a medication. She was compassionate, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions, even though she was clearly VERY busy filling hundreds of scripts. People don't appreciate how much time it takes to do a pharmacist's job, and the level of expertise that they must have! (It's not like people's lives are at stake or anything...) Seriously, be patient and give our pharmacists a break! Thank you, Dr. McCarthy, for your outstanding service!!!
